You're certainly closer to the truth than those shitters, but Saryn is essentially a pure damage frame, with minor buff capabilities and VERY minimal CC/utility. A lot of it is down to personal opinion, but these are the 2 main reasons why I do not value pure damage frames that highly:

1) No need for damage frames at all if you have good weapons. Every enemy in the game right now can be easily taken care of by top-tier weapons like Tonkor or shotguns.
2) Killing enemies is rarely important to the mission objective. In fact, in missions like Intercept, killing enemies is detrimental because it reduces the effectiveness of CC.

I calculated damage increase using WFBuilder. Although WFBuilder does not have Dex Pixia, because mods are multiplicative of damage, the damage increase will be the same IF you choose a gun with identical crit stats to the Dex Pixia (10% crit with 2x multiplier).

I used Latron for rifles and Hek for shotguns. I built for crit because - despite Dex Pixia's mediocre crit stats - crit still gives you the highest pure DPS. However, another viable build is status. I did not calculate Status builds because there are many different ways you can build for status, way too many to fully calculate, compared to crit builds which typically only have 1 or 2 builds. How much status factors into TTK is also significantly more difficult to calculate and impossible using WFBuilder.

The differences between rifles and shotguns is that rifles have HC and better crit mods, while shotguns have Blaze and better multishot.

Building crit is silly because of its low chance. I don't have internet on my laptop right now so using wfbuilder would be a pain. Shot gun build is:

I'm not totally sure how you're using wfbuilder for the stats you're getting. If youre just plugging it into the vey hek and soma you'll get a higher multiplier because they have higher crit stats compared to the pixia
