Tracer's very much a single target character. Focus on the backline and use your pulse bomb to assassinate a support. Bonus if you can drop it on a Mercy and she pack flies into her team, kek. If you can track heads you'll build ult in no time.

May or may n0t help you, but make a custom game, enemy team all ana, set to headshot only, damage modifier 200%, play any character with hitscan. Believe it or not, this has immensly helped my horizontal aim in general, though you have to keep doing it every once then again. Unless you're trying to hit Pharah, then good luck, that shit wont have helped at all.

Also, the true fact pros don't want you to know: Turn down your sens. Get a big mousepad, set it so that a full side to side is a 360 ingame, and practice. Will feel like shit at first, once you get used to it, you might as well join MLG and get your Doritos sponsorship.

I was r50 and took myself up to r80

You literally needed to have a losing streak and then play offense and get those 3-4 gold medals (And higher averages than the global average) when you dipped below 50% win/loss, to gain as much rank-up as possible. I'd gain 1 1/2 rank up up until around 65.

Everything between 50-70 is all about having luck with your team, nothing more.

As it stands in the PTR, if Hanzo goes live with the ability to headshot heroes for massive amounts of damage then it wont last long until they nerf something else in his kit

I suggest to remove his ability to do extra damage from headshots and buff his base damage to compensate.

I think the biggest issue, and maybe this is my shit settings, is that you can't easily see the projectiles in flight. There's no stand-out particle effect. This is a bad combo with something that can snipe you, is a projectile with a large hitbox, and you have a large projectile hurtbox . So you don't want to be anywhere near it. Compare the huntsman bow from Tf2. You can easily see the arrow in flight with the bright team coloured streak and a sound when it whizzes right past you. It would be a very subtle nerf and I feel people would feel slightly less salty when playing against Hanzo without having to significantly weaken him. (but only slightly, projectile sniping is always a bit of a shitshow)

I wish the visuals followed the abilities better, like an actual indicator for Genji's deflect or katana range, Reinhardt's firestrike size, the splash from every explosive projectile etc.
