What is the 1vs1 queue like? I love playing heroes like Storm but I sometimes lose matchups I shouldn't and there's many laning mechanics I haven't mastered. I only get to play mid once or twice a day because people random other mid heroes and I prefer winning games over stupid lane drama.

How long are the queue times? Do people play heroes you'd see in a real game or is it still just memepush? Has anyone here spammed 1vs1 until they got gud?

He's had standard res times for at least 2 patches now. The issue I have with it personally is it makes it really hard to make risky plays on meepo because you get so fucking punished. If I mess up my poofs and fuck up a gank at like 22 minutes into the game I'm dead for 90 seconds, that's awful.

Completely optional, will allow players who want to play region locked mode to play it and have long queue times by their own admission and if it makes un-region locked queue times longer then people will all switch to the region locked queue anyway.
