PaD's problem is that its not pokemon, and that people not playing it will always look at it as candy crush or a pokemon clone. pokego is popular because most people wont spend 250 for pokemon and a ds, but they will spend more on a "free" phone game. and pokemon will always do gangbusters.

also PaD doesnt have a true mascot character like pokemon. for awhile it seems the colored slimes were it because of the nod to dragon quest style rpgs. most of the monsters are ether gods or rpg cannon fodder, not much original content that isnt based off some mythos. tamas are feeding fodder for shits sake, so they must have had tamas be the mascot used to "awaken" monsters in the anime or something. the ds game might bring some to the phone game and visa versa, but pad seems to be stuggling for popularity since whales will put up most of the money

Not when I barely have a team capable of entering his dungeon he isnt. All my teams are monocolored except for my Set team and that one sucks. The only one I can throw together WOULD be able to take it down EZPZ except for stupid Mikey. Famiel isn't skilled up enough to take him down before he gets the bind off and ends me and because that team is so low level I can't stall and have to burst my way through to him or I die.

Ame would be a great farming lead if the type selection were a little different. I already use Shivadra but I would switch to Ame right away if the subpool were better. Staple red subs like Tomato, Urd, Sanada, etc? None of them get the bonus. The only red subs I have that fit are Ares and AAres.

Devil is great. Physical is decent at best. For a team that has huge HP reqs with a severe lack of RCV it's even worse. The only physical I would run is ACC who is a much better leader overall. If you must use a board changer Leilan and Belial are also good.

The biggest issue is that with proper teams ACC wrecks her in solo, and Anima is way better in multi. For an 80% lead she needs to have a huge advantage otherwise.

That lack of niche is similar for Awoken U&Y and to a lesser extent, Awoken Okuni. Those orb requirements are way too harsh for a lead with near 0 defense. You can run teams that do 95% of the damage and are much more reliable + zero effort or tanky as fuck.

if you reroll right now, you're not going to get the free 297 tama back afaik. you don't have many rem cards at all, so there's probably still a bunch you can collect before next godfest.

and for future reference, stay out of trap/collab rems unless you plan to whale or know exactly what you're doing. collab rems have a terrible return on stones compared to godfests (and aren't affected by godfest rates)

I've been playing this game casually untill I discovered there's some interesting meta behind it but I'm still quite clueless. How should I make my team? Currently I use:

Ronowe/Sakuya/Ur/red hood/that blue dragon

Only recently I've began to cheese some descended dungeon by abusing double ronowe's x144 multipliers, but is it how I'm supposed to be playing for now? Also can I fit Kagutsuchi anywhere? I can ult evolve it with another red fruit.

100% skill bind resistance. Odin is there for the unbind. Yamatsumi gives wood and heart skyfall so snag one in the coming descended challenge. Linithia combos with Ronove for a wood-heavy board with at least 5 hearts for the cross. Urd is there purely for the color coverage and since you already got her what I'm assuming hypered, she can make a decent stat boost for now; you can also use her active to heal or make a cross with Ronove at most for emergencies. Have someone carry you through Linthia if you have trouble.
