Give her some inherent survivability. Make her beam longer so she can stay out of harm easier, then either let her be able to use GA without a target (basically a harmless Genji dash in a straight line) or give her a variant of Pharaph's jump boost thing (just the initial jump, not the continuous jetpack). The first of those would let her GA back into fights without needing someone to taxi her, the later would give her more solo maneuverability while coupling nicely with her current kit.
