They'll never overhaul a class mid-expansion. It would completely disrupt that class' ability to raid and would fuck up raids in general for months afterwards. But on the other hand, why did Blizzard huff its own fart gas and think *any* of the three specs didn't have obvious and crippling design flaws? Affliction is arguably the most complete spec and even it has an Artifact based around killing shit...but then they removed the mechanic that spawns shit for you to kill! Why do people even do PvE? I don't get the appeal. what's the point? I feel like there's literally no point in playing co-op against AI that is so braindead. The whole game is engineered to be the same every time so that nobody can complain that they were given an unfairly hard time compared to some other guild. As a result, it's all scripted, all predictable, it really just comes down to "do your homework and don't be an idiot" and item level.

In my opinion, that's not "fun", that's the worst aspect of the entire MMO experience, and it's what Blizzard thinks is the most important part of the game. I don't get why.

Affliction as a spec is probably salvageable, but its artifact needs a mechanics rework from top to bottom.

Destruction is so far astray from its roots of being the Fuck You Here's An Explosion spec I'm ashamed to even call it Destruction. Chaos Bolt needs to ditch the stupid "always crits" mechanic and get a strong spell coefficient again, and Destruction needs a new mastery. And because this is the era of nostalgia, why not bring back an iconic Warlock talent as a mastery?

You don't understand. The point is that there is a wide consensus in the higher ranks that they absolutely phoned it in, and the fact that NONE of the copious amounts of feedback they got from even goddamn alpha was even considered puts ten tons of pressure on them.
Reworks are likely to the point of near-certainty. First there will be damage control in form of some changes, few things will be reimplemented (maybe even before the first larger patch) though.
I know it's hard to believe but people actually do care about feedback or player opinion.

Which class>specs will be the most faceroll and still raid effective in Legion? at least in the beginning before the typical balancing patches.

Preferably for every role, I just want to be lazy and clearthe new world quests fast without much chance of dying.

I haven't played since wotlk, I loved dot classes like aff lock and shadow priest, but I imagine there has been a lot of changes since then, would love to play something that can self heal if it isn't garbage or over nerfed like blood dk back in the day.
