I feel like Sion's Glory in Death needs a buff. Sion is otherwise pretty strong, sans the easy counters, but his passive seems like the weakest thing most of the time.
Whenever it activates, I feel like a wet sponge. Only on occasion will I actually kill something with it because every champ in this game has at least one form of cc.
Maybe Death Surge should remove all cc affecting you, so that the passive isn't completely useless in most situations.

Don't think so, they're only doing the sales for IP like twice a year, and you have to buy them individually (no ability to buy them in a bundle with IP for a discount).

Personally I'm okay with this, I feel like they always should have been available for IP, even if it was a huge amount. That, or they should throw them in with Hextech Crafting as an item that drops with some Essence or something.

Most things that can stay out of his range either by having range (gnar, idk jayce maybe) or by having really good mobility (ekko comes to mind). Outsustaining him tends to work for me. Jungle pressure is easily the best way to neuter him in lane.
