What you need to keep in mind that while priest Get their power from the light (For Holy and Disci), the light is worshipped diferrently depending on the culture. Think about god, also goes by the name of Allah, Amaterasu, Zeus, etc. Ultimately all the races that worship the light are drawing from the same power, they just learn from it and worship it in different ways. KEEP in mind that this is not reflected on the Gameplay of the priest class

Healing is a more reactive role, you can´t predict when an idiot is going to stand in the fire. Which in my opinion makes healing the most stresful role, but not the hardest.

Tank and Dps are about knowing the fight and how to properly play your class. Tanking is considered harder because when 1 dps screws is usually not a big deal since you have 14 more to back it up. When a tank screws usually means a wipe.

Every role has its merit and has different stuff to deal with, which role is the hardest is ultimately up to the boss you´re fighting
