/wowg/ I have a dilema. I have myself a Sky Crystal for the Alani mount and I'm unsure of what to do with it.

Now I could sell invites to a group right now and get myself around 60-80k.

From what I've heard though gold is massively inflated in Legion - more so than WoD - and so 80k gold won't be nearly as valuable. I suppose I could hold onto it for a few months and possibly get more out of it.

I could just use it for myself and marginally increase the rarity of the mount thus making my epeen slightly larger.

Or I could be a good friend and let my 2 friends in on it and sell the other 2 slots.

How much more xp does one get actively participating in invasions compared to sitting within the zone waiting for completion? I'd be okay leveling in opposing faction zones via invasions, but being pvp flagged as a lowbie just begs for instagib deaths.

Yeah, there's other things like class changes but that's all been implemented into the game already.

Money making before max level is mostly tied to the auction house, you could make an alright amount with selling low lvl crafting materials because plenty of people cannot be bothered going out and collecting it.

But I wouldn't worry too much about money the game has changed a lot over the years and whatever money you would need for a mount etc is comfortably earned through questing, plenty of money sinks at higher levels though.

About the wow token, it depends on if you're in the US or EU, EU's token cost is massive compared to the US. But even still I doubt you'll get the gold to afford the token before max level. It's comes down to how much you dedicate yourself to jewing the auction house.

Honestly no class is really difficult if you have previous mmo experience, if you don't then hunter is a very safe choice ranged, you get a pet to tank mobs for you, great for solo content.

The best thing to do would be to look at class descriptions at the character creation screen and pick one that interests you.

At lvl 10 you can chose a spec. For hunters it would be beast master, marksman, and survival. Beast master focuses on your pet, marksman gets rid of the pet with a talent and focuses on just you shooting shit and survival replaces the ranged weapon with a melee one you still have a pet.

Every spec in the game is viable and fine, some are stronger than others but unless you're going for world first raiding etc it doesn't matter. The most important thing is finding something you enjoy.

Is there any reason for the constant Alliance whining about Horde favoritism? Horde have been getting cucked since Vanilla, every one of their stories ends with the Alliance winning. Alliance zones are better, Alliance questlines are better, Alliance characters get development and great send offs like Varian while Horde characters end up as raid bosses or stabbed by literal whos.

I mean sure, we got some new useless spells but we are still basically standing still while spamming LBolt waiting for LBurst to come off CD. Cata tried to change that with the introduction of LBolt being castable while moving but then the fun police arrived and fucked shit up.

Well the Alliance are written to be perfect good guys just like the players want so there's really not much to go with. Jaina did a heel turn and the Alliance players hated it, they wasn't thier NPCs to be perfect paragons of rationality and tolerance and if you don't have that friction between people and factions within the Alliance what kind of stories can you even tell?

The problem is the Horde get punished for not being perfect because when they have a story where a faction goes rogue the Alliance get to run in and lay in a few punches as well because they'd feel left out if they didn't. So every Horde story ends with the Alliance walking in, beating the shit out of the Horde and walking out with zero losses and it's been that way since the Invasion of Undercity
