Options:
-options transform from spread shot to focused shot per button press
-in spread shot, the options have also homing charge laser for another button
-in focused shot the player has a charge shot instead (on the ship)
-when charging, the player or option can't shoot, the charges are so powerful though,
that it still makes sense to spamm them on bigger enemies
-the spread option is good against smaller enemies
-the focused option is good against bigger enemies

Player shot:
-shot is not so powerful but good against all targets

Multiplier:
-shooting smaller enemies with the spread option or main shot gives hard capped multiplier/chain
-shooting bigger enemies with focused shot or main shot gives hard capped multiplier/chain
-shooting the wrong enemy with the wrong option resets multiplier/chain

Do you think this would be a good system for a shooter?

So we all know that keyboard users can be identified by the jitteriness of their movement.

But what about pad users? Can they be identified as such?
>>
>>152719630
To me specifically, I find pad play to be a lot more 'stilted' then keyboard or stick play, but when you get to players like Gus or clp, the lines start blurring quite a bit. So yeah, what would be the distinguishing marks?
>>
>>152720160
t. gus or clp

pad users = shitters
>>
>>152720160
Good pad players have great reading skills to make up for the lower skill ceiling on their movement compared to keyboard players. Some super-player keyboard stuff is seemingly impossible on pad, like super precise micro-tap streaming in PCB.
>>
>>152721731
Yeah, I guess that makes sense. One of my practice routines actually is to try forcing myself to use pad for a bit for sections I normally do with keyboard, just to think outside the box and figure out how trouble spots work using a controller I'm not used to. Once I get stick, I'll probably use it for a similar purpose (or, well, I'll seriously practice on it while alternating between it and keyboard).

Also most of the scorer Japanese arcades (TRY tower, Daytona III, Game Box Q2, Goody 21, HEY back when it wasn't a tourist trap, etc.) acted as social gathering places for players, both childhood friend types, and people who got into it later.
>>
>>152720160
>>152721731
Jaimers's replays always look kind of lazy to me, like he's keeping his APM low to do only the movements that are necessary.

So I assume that's the power of the pad - whatever you do looks efficient, but there's something that you lose, even if it might never come into play.
>>
>>152734162
>can you reach 150 APM while playing dodonpachi?

>>152735914
Yeah, I've heard you have to be maybe a bit more deliberate with stick and you can't do as much APM. But that just means you have to plan your routes more, and as you said, the physical feeling should be quite pleasurable.
>>
>>152736203
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pd_OW9QlCWU
is this high APM stick?
>>
>>152736402
Yeah WC is probably near the highest APM I've seen. Almost uses stick like he's playing on keyboard.
>>
>>152736203
Stick is good. Even in Touhou keyboard is only -necessary- if you want to get an extremely optimized WR with no route improvements.
>>
>>152736956
It's just a difference in playstyle desu. Otherwise, this whole hand wringing about controller differences is really quite disappointing.
>>
>>152737061
From my own experience keyboard is objectively worse at horizontal shooters due to the WASD layout needing to switch a finger between up/down, which is the primary movement when dodging a lot of patterns, just like left/right for vertical shooters

I just couldn't dodge a fast pattern where I had to make quick decisions on up/down for shit because I had to keep switching fingers on those 2 buttons, became a lot more consistent at dodging it when I switched to stick
>>
Stick and pad being inferior in Touhou is plain bullshit. Look at Gobou approaching the EoSD WR playing with pad, for example.

>>152737307
You could use HJKL with 4 fingers on keyboard to get around that.
>>
>>152737307
For horis, I could definitely see that. I'm mainly talking about verts though, where controller differences aren't quite as pronounced.
>>
>>152737061
Just consider it on a personal level - do you want to twiddle the joystick like WC, or do you want to press keys? I like the stick more, and it makes me arcade compliant too. lmao
>>
>>152737389
>hjkl for directions
Do people actually use that?
>>
>>152737554
I probably want to try out both, though at the end of the day, I'll probably end up preferring stick despite being completely used to using right hand for directions on keyboard. But I'll save that for when I can actually get a stick and not just poorfag it up.
>>
>>152737713
Good luck in advance then. Remember that stick is not learned overnight--it'll almost certainly feel like the worst thing ever at start, but give it a couple of weeks of practice and the effort will start to bloom.
>>

>continue credit: 2
Why modern shooters have stopped giving you credits and have free play instead? The only true way to beat a shmup is on one credit, i know. But beating the game on few credits is at least an achievable goal for casuals like me, after all, popular arcade ports like contra had some continues to make it beatable by anyone, but not nearly enough to make it easy.
As an added bonus, we wouldn't have retards complaining that the game is 20 minutes long.
I get that i can just limit myself, but it's not the same as the game limiting you.
>>
>>152742519
Because devs got lazy and decided to try catering to the casual crowd, not realizing that it's counterproductive to do so. Also the addition of proper practice modes and such doesn't hurt either.
>>
>>152742519
I wonder how mad casuals would be if a game did not allow credit feeding at all unless you input a code or something. Would definitely make for some entertaining reviews.

Gobou has the overall SA world record too. I think the argument that keyboard is better for Touhou is mostly specific to PCB, due to the scoring systems demanding extremely precise unfocused movement grazing if you're going for the WR, which is so much easier to do on a good mechanical keyboard than a pad.

Mate i used a sanwa stick exclusively for 4/5 years and have no issues sitting down in a arcade to play, i switched to pad because stick gave me rsi issues and pads are way more ergonomic. Pads become a hindrance only when your ship is very fast moving but even then Jaimers destroys dangun with one so maybe that's just me other than that i have beat everyone of my old pb's i had with stick with pad and i think that's more to do with how i approach the game now ie routing and strats.

Haha, well, as I said. The controller doesn't matter nearly as much as the knowledge and forethought that goes into making the runs, and the people who sperg about it are largely people who will never bother getting good anyway. That said, your controller looks like an abomination cast out from the heavens, and I seriously have to wonder how anyone can ever play on it.
>>
>>152745715
I always preferred it but that's probs because i came to shmups from fighters and was used to it's movements. I believe Aquas prefers sanwa aswell. Honestly i'l adapt to anything though and used the dreamcast stock stick alot for the Karous western records (beat them all with dcast pad now lel).

>>152745843
>That said, your controller looks like an abomination cast out from the heavens, and I seriously have to wonder how anyone can ever play on it.

Same way you play on anything use it a lot and adapt, previous to the ibuffalo i used a ps1 pad that i ghetto modded the dpad on which is also super comfy but these ibuffalo snes pads are nice when they where in and only like 8 bucks a pop. So yeah stick or pad i'm happy with either but rsi isn't worth it so pad it is.
>>
>>152746001
Oh, you use an ibuffalo now? Yeah, those are pretty good for pads, though I can't really use them well compared to keyboards. But I was talking about your ghetto ps1 pad with the casing knifed open.
>>

Clover-TAC prefers Sanwa too, so Sanwa is fine 2bh.
>>
>>152746102
>But I was talking about your ghetto ps1 pad with the casing knifed open.
Oh you remember that? haha ok well yeah honestly though it's a massive improvement over the stock case. It wasn't a knife either basically i sanded down the face so the dpad is a couple mms more prominent and then melted the obstructing cross out so my thumb sits better. Ibuffalo is all i use now though pretty much.
>>
>>152746315
Yeah stock ps1 dpads are pretty awful lol. Honestly, for pads, I'm probably just going to get a Saitek or something. Not to knock against the ibuffalo or anything, but the 4 way pad is a bit too small for my thumb to really work effectively with.
>>
>>152746442
How about the madcatz street fighter fightpad? That was one of the best pads i've ever used but i refuse to pay the extortionate prices they seem to have reached now.
>>
>>152746642
Those look alright, but as you said, they're expensive, and I'm not exactly made out of money (running entirely off of donated equipment etc.) So yeah, think I'll have to pass for that one.

>>
>>152783463
Just like on other games each enemy has its own characteristic. You just need to know about them. Like this one, the enemies will stop shooting if your ship is close enough with them. If you killed them randomly they will shoot you randomly too.
Stage 2 boss, if you destroyed its legs at the wrong time anomaly will happen, usually when it's going to punch you.
The meat ball shit, it will going enrage when about to die. Stay away from it's bouncing line and it'll slowing down a bit.
>>
>>152826280
Not having source code available isn't the only problem with it.

>>152826191
That's actually really fucking cool, and it might work if you had to collect energy to use it, it wouldn't stack on top of itself, and it wasn't permanent. It doesn't just have to be a weapon either, you could have it not deal any damage but enemies that are on top of it become "marked" and give twice as many points or some shit like that.

Touhou 6-8 and Deathsmiles probably. Novice modes in Mushihimesama and Crimson Clover are very accommodating to newcomers, though the standard arcade modes are more difficult.

http://www.wikihouse.com/stg/index.php?STG%A5%E9%A5%F3%A5%AF%B0%EC%CD%F7 is a wiki that catalogs arcade shmups by difficulty. Anything from 1-10 will be easy. 11-20 will be doable for a newcomer but will require significant effort.

8/16bit console shmops are the easiest. they are rather different from the more modern shmups though, not many bullets, but they are fast as shit and aimed directly at you.
i wouldn't recomend ccwi unless you are content with clearing novice in very little time and then struggling with arcade. i wish they'd make novice harder so that transition to arcade wasn't as painful.

I kind of agree but not because of the moe shit, my issue is sh-3 was good enough hardware to make good games but instead they opted to over push it's capabilities and give us games featuring the most atrocious poorly implemented slowdown ever far worse than any older titles. Yagawa seems to be the only programmer who didn't fuck up in this regard. The sh-3 period saw cave get lazy aswell with all these quick shit out revisions of titles. The mostly handrawn and care taken environments they built in the 1st gen cave releases are still imo there best efforts.

Not that subjective preference or experience should ever be coined a problem. Good players can adapt to anything but the majority are honestly terrible and will always favor bum loads of slowdown because it makes them feel more epic despite being shit, it's part of caves selling point but honestly at times it sucks. Go look at mushi 1.5 and notice how few people actually play that game to even a mediocre level in any mode....those are the people who will say slowdowns great.

Why is someone a retard for using the word cuck?
Could it perhaps be that you are yourself a cuck?
>>
>>152872494
>There was a post saying unironically using the word cuck brands you as a retard
That's not an argument though, just ad hominem. It doesn't matter what vocabulary a person uses, an argument stands on its own merits. Attacking the use of a word in order to dismiss someone is just as bad as attacking someone's grammar in order to dismiss them. You put on a show of being some enlightened person, but you're no better than the straw-man you criticize.

Now let's examine the original post:

>wow these cucks really need validation to fit on something, most japs do this for pure personal gratification, not for fame in some autistic weeb cred

Why not try countering that claim with an actual argument?

It's really more of the same. These sort of outlandish assumptions trying to paint the poster as "enlightened" or a "liberal" Very strange. No one in this thread ever said anything about being either, just people being triggered over insults of the word cuck.

Take this post for example: >>152843818
>Libtards always use the propaganda style of "what we think is what smart ppl think! if you want to be smart you best think what we think, no don't question it just conform and you'll be smart like us!", you stupid cuck.

Literally just accusations and assumptions about political preference. It's also a nice example of reductio ad absurdum and a mediocre attempt at poisoning the well.

>>152872991
>Why is someone a retard for using the word cuck?
It's superfluous memespouting that has lost almost all meaning except for branding the user.
>>
>>152872991
Why are you calling people cucks instead of faggots, niggers, gaiafags, redditors, homos, scrubs, casuals, retards, newfags, autists, pedos, secondaries, goons, shills, cunts, weeaboos, or dicks?

Find the answer to that question, and you may be able to figure out why everyone considers people who spout cuck no different than newfags who just use the latest buzzwords in order to fit in.

No idea how you came up with enlightened = liberal. In any event, you conveniently ignored the rest of my post where I explained repeatedly that you're just spouting ad hominem instead of actually arguing against the original poster's claim. Then you have the audacity to accuse others of using fallacies. It literally doesn't matter what words you use, or how hypocritical you are, an argument stands independent of its originator. The ability to recognize this is what separates civilized, thinking people from subhumans like yourself. Now let's see if you take the bait.
>>
>>152874951
>you came up with enlightened = liberal.
No one did except you.
>>
>>152874351
>It's superfluous memespouting that has lost almost all meaning except for branding the user.
The word cuck is pretty fitting for many people. I think it's just another slang for liberals who like seeing their country getting cucked by foreigners.

>>152874368
The words you named there have totally different meanings than "cuck". Also, the term "buzzword" is still the biggest buzzword, used by anyone who can't come up with real arguments, and instead tries to ridicule the opponent by pointing out that he uses words like cuck or whatever.

Because he used the exact same argument and style as most modern liberals do I mean I doubt he's a communist either but that doesn't stop his style holding parallels with the propaganda/attitude efforts of the soviet regime. Fyi i've never heard anyone in the modern west trying to police words or making insults toward intelligence based on things as fickle as language use from anyone but the regressive left whom priorities feelings and narratives over facts. To deny the probability of the individuals similarities and therefore probable being a liberal is ignorant at worst and naive at best.

>>152872494
>There was a post saying unironically using the word cuck brands you as a retard (it does)
This is how far gone down the regressive left path some are attempting to police language as i said and failing to grasp how moronic his premise is. "using a word i don't like makes you dumb guise!" You couldn't make this shit up, typical leftist.
>>
>>152868001
>cuck and libtard
Cuck is a derivative of cuckold which is not a new word and libtard predates /pol/ by a decade or 2, your lack of experience in the outside world is your problem and hilariously hypocritical.

>>152875158
>The words you named there have totally different meanings than "cuck".
The definitions are not what's important, it's rather their general use as general insults. When people called others faggots, they didn't mean to say they actually sucked dick, but it was meant to be an insult for the sake of an insult. People who use emoticons or type like a German on reddit get treated like retards, because in nearly all cases they are retards. The only reason why people call eachother cucks regardless of whether the definition of cuck actually applies to the situation is because nowadays 'cuck' is the go-to insult for smug intellectuals who can't come up with real arguments, and instead try to ridicule the opponent that he is a liberal who supports social justice or whatever.

If the political climate here was any different, so would cuck have been manbaby or something, or whatever the new meme of the week is.
So forgive me if I assume that people who think in memes and constantly spout memes are narrow-minded faggots who are not willing to debate in good faith.
>>
>>152875727
Just because someone expresses himself with memes, doesn't make his arguments invalid.
Saying "git gud" may not really sound convncing, but it's still pretty much the same as saying "practice more" or whatever.

And in the end, we are on 4chan here, so arguing that someone is retarded for using meme words, is pretty stupid.
>>
>>152876540
>Just because someone expresses himself with memes, doesn't make his arguments invalid.
It doesn't, just in most cases.
When it's just the meme itself with no other argument attached.
As memes are used.
In most cases.
>>
>>152876369
Didn't you just say the word "retard" would be a meme ike "cuck". Now you use it yourself to describe people....

She was introduced in the third drama CD, and went on to be playable in the iOS version of Deathsmiles with her own mode and story. It wasn't too bad for a mobile game but it stopped working on my phone so I just migrated to Mahou Otome.

I actually have all three of the Drama CDs on my computer, but I can't understand them. I tried listening to the first chapter of the first one once. It seems to be the story of the day that Windia was kidnapped in London and wound up in Gilverado. I can barely understand any of it, being in Japanese, so anything I could say about it beyond that much would just be a guess.

Also that's a neat picture. I wonder if Mahou Otomes would get MMD models someday...

I still think Sakura's leaving ending in MBL is the saddest one.

Although it is a little eerie how the iOS bad ends make the credits screen background turn red.

Jitterbug tells Sakura that her mother's illness is terminal and that it's too late to save her. Sakura reluctantly decides to return to the real world with him and together they start a life of crime and become powerful mafia leaders and shiz. But the guilt of abandoning her mother to die eats away at Sakura for the rest of her life and she becomes emotionally dead and remains distant from everyone, except for her father (which I assume he exploits the hell out of because he's Jitterbug the dickhead).

It's also why I gave the filename I did to this picture of Sakura's mom.

It's a good thing that the canon ending is a combination of Sakura's staying ending and Sakura's secret ending. (That is, by playing co-op with one person being Sakura, have the other player choose to leave Gilverado during the ending. There'll be a special ending that states that Dior managed to cure Sakura's mother's disease and they all lived happily ever for about two months)

Unfortunately I can't give much advice on that particular pattern. It still gets me too.

How it's supposed to be done: Shoot only to push the blocks back far enough to make a gap to fly through. The blocks only shit bullets when they're being shot themselves, so moving through them this way is rather simple. Tyrannosatan starts shooting bullets himself near the end though, and that's where I tend to mess up with this method.

How I do it: Shoot the blocks the entire time and let them shit out so many bullets that it starts triggering slowdown. Micrododge bullets with slowdown until you're uncomfortable or Tyrannosatan starts shooting his own bullets, then spam bombs until that phase ends.

There seems to be a way to somehow stop Tyrannosatan from firing his bullets, which makes the boxes phase trivial with the former method I mentioned. I can't tell what causes it, but it seems that you'll want to spend as much time at the very top border of the screen as possible. It's just a theory, but I think it might have to do with the positioning of his tail at the moment he starts firing his own bullets. Perhaps, if his tail is so high up on the screen that it's actually offscreen, the bullets he fires won't register...

>>
>>153021105
I am not the one who brought this playtime shit here up.
To me only the score counts, that's it. Otherwise leaderboards would be also ordered by playtime obviously.
>>
talent = score / play time
>>
>>153021507
This leads us to the last and most important piece of bullshit to discredit, that being that "natural talent" is the grand separator between good players and world record holders. If that were so, why aren't the pretenders, who admittedly have done some pretty impressive things in a short amount of time, getting any world records? A fool would quickly argue that the world record holders are somehow even more naturally talented than the pretenders. The thing is if you look at the progression of a world record, the scores that were done in, say, the first 1 or 2 months of a game's release really aren't out of reach for a westerner to do within that same length of time if they focus enough. Rather, as these players keep working on the game and keep doing those improvements they all combine to create a world record worthy of the game. To me, it is that distance between what players were getting in those first few months and the end product after years of torment are what defines a world record.

>I'd much rather have a video
Depends on how the replay file watching works. For example, in Touhou you can speed through and slow down the replay with control and shift respectively. Apparently you can rewind in some games too, but my vsync patch doesn't do that.

Videos are also kind of grainy unless it's real high bitrate. And replays are much smaller in file size. Although being able to jump to a specific point instantly is great, so videos definitely win in that regard.

I'm in top 10 in Mushi Arrange and I know every detail of Arrange scoring system so in theory I could be on the first place. Top 1 has 10bil and I've seen Japanese player getting 18bil and saying that his run can be improved up to 20bil.
My execution is pretty bad, I always die a couple of times before the last boss. I guess I need more practice but I've already put like 30 hours in that mode alone. Should I go further?

Guys I need your help.
Im returning here because last time anon translated Pleasure Hearts for me and now I need help to figure out the scoring system in Blazing Star.
Picture is the Japanese manual,I would appreciate if someone glances over it and tell me if there is any notion of how scoring works.
Reason I do this is because there is no real information on this on neo geo forums or blogs that cover plane shooters.

>tfw want to git gud at shmups

that depends on how good you want to get, but i think that shmups are not nearly as demanding as japanese and programming. these games are really short, you just have to practice an hour a day and you'll improve.
and practicing is fun, we have save-states, practice modes and all thatvtoday, you don't have to grind your way trough the whole game every time you want to practice a specific part.
>>
>>153055981
The hardest part is not quitting. Pick one and practice daily no matter what. You'll eventually get better.
Btw, if you get motivated and want to learn japanese, the daily japanese thread on /a/ have a lot of resources.

as someon who currently learns programming, shmups are much harder
programming is only really difficult if you want to ceate really original stuff noone ever did before, otherwise it's easy peasy, as long as the lnguage you are learning is documented well enough.
>>
>>153056882
shmupping is only really difficult if you want to ceate really original score noone ever did before, otherwise it's easy peasy
it all depends on the person, i find learning stuff exrtremely boring, but if it's an adrenaline action game, it's fun.
>>
>>153057014
in the end both things are easy, it just depends on how much time you invest into them
getting a god score in a shmup also can take up to 1000 hours of practice, which is not much different than the amount of practice you need to code decently
and playing one and the same game again and again also can be tiring as fuck
>>
>>153057190

that's about how much MON spent on death label. 500 hours of practice, 500 hours of thinkgen of routes.
>>

>>
>>153057526
>that's about how much MON spent on death label
Naw, MON spend much time on this. He literally played the game regularly for 7 years only with small breaks inbetween.

Plus, he probably also had experience with other shmups before, which adds to the learning experience.
>>
>>153058202
>Naw, MON spend much time on this
Twice that time
>If you count the time in the replays I’ve got saved since 4/09, about 500 hours (an average playtime for Death Label is around 12 minutes). But I also spent time during the day thinking about routes, so maybe somewhere around 1000 hours.
>Prior to 4/09, my practicing was sporadic, so I’m not sure, but despite it being 6 years I don’t think I spent a considerable amount of time on it. >However, to clear Death Label, you need enough skill to be able to clear DOJ itself, and it took me about two years, so you have to add that in. I really do feel like I've become better at non shmup games since I started playing shmups. Especially games that have any sort of bullet patterns at all.
>>
>>153063169
>I really do feel like I've become better at non shmup games since I started playing shmups.

I did to but i think it's more just the logical thinking and approach to practice/problem solving that shmups force and as nearly every other genre is much easier to begin with it all seems pretty easy.
>>
>>153057190
>in the end both things are easy
maybe, but what i like about shmups is how it's easy to get into them, they are perhaps the easiest genre to get into, you only have to shoot and dodge. but the skill ceiling is very high. getting into other high skill ceiling things like programming or fighting games is a lot harder.
>>
>>153065186
Getting into programming is easy as shit. It's literally just copy pasting from tutorials and trying to think your own part to it. It requires zero creativity or skill, just time investment.
>>

This is how you become a fucking shit programmer who can't fix errors in their code because they understand none of it
>>
>>153066676
Sounds like you must know better. Show me your game if you are so good at coding.

When you follow tutorials it is a good way to get into it, because you start to understand how things work after some time. Of course, to be really good, you also have to be able to code completely on your own later, but if you follow tutorials long enough, this just happens on its own.
>>
>>153066676
It's a decent way to get started, but it only becomes a problem if you become dependent on it.

i tried to get into programming trough one of those "get into programming super easy" websites, but found it way too tedious. i even tried playing a game that is basically a programming puzzler(human resource machine), but the latter half of the game is really hard and tedious.
shmups are more instantly gratifying when you are just starting, you blow stuff up, it's fun. by the time it stops being instantly gratifying, you are already hooked.
>>153065904
i'm good in online fps, that could've been the reason why getting into shmups was easy and fun.
i never felt like putting any real effort into getting better at cs:go or whatever, yet i do like putting effort into shmups for some reason.

I meant that you don't actually have to be a very good programmer to make good games these days, not that modern games are actually better
>>
>>153073330
You have to be able to programm if you want to make a good game just like you did back then.

But I'm not
>>
>>153074308
>It's much less important now
Why would it be less important? Perhaps it
's easier to learn nowadays, but you still need to know how to implement the stuff you want in your game.
And the better your game design is, the more complicated also gets the programming most likely.

>But I'm not
Of course you. You are acting like the coding genius here, while having nothing to show, and then just talk out of your ass in search for excuses.
>>
>>153074593

You don't have to code your own engine from scratch in Assembly for a machine with very limited memory and processing power

Back then people also didn't have to do this. And the hardware power has nothing to do with programming, it has much more to do with graphics.

>I said copy and pasting from tutorials was a bad way to learn
No, you also said you are a good programmer now. Yet, somehow you have nothing to show. If you actually would be really a good programmer, you would have at least SOMETHING to show. But you have nothing, that's why you are searching for excuses.

I kinda figured. The score attacks, rather, seem to depend on the shot types you have access to. Certain shot types are waaaay better than others for scoring. I suppose there is also the skill involved with having a full chain through the stage, but that's trivial on Death mode since there's always shit everywhere to shoot. Also not getting hit I guess, which isn't -that- hard to do.

I'm going for both. My goal is a 2-ALL with a decent score (let's say a little more than 50% of the WR).
There's no point going for survival only on loop 1 now that I already know the chains (except for the fucking hard mid-boss links on stage 3 and 4).

Also that particular PB run was bulshit, I lost like 3 lives against stage 5 boss, and 2 lives on 2-1. I usually reach stage 2-3, and game overing versus 2-3 boss is my current best survival-wise.

I still have to put in a lot of work.

Well this kinda sucks, it looks like my arcade stick won't work on the Xbox One.

Guess I can rule out any shmups on that system unless I want to use the Xbone controller...
>>
>>153118667
If you have a spare Xbone controller you can use the solder the buttons and joystick to the pcb from the controller.

It's a bit of work but you can find pcb diagrams online and it saves buying another stick. My one stick works with X360, PC, PS1, and Saturn.
