HOW TO FIX THE TANKS

-M2 now consumes 50 ammo per shot, up from 25
-M1 now firing as a much shorter, 4 metre ranged beam. Increasing in range the longer its fired, increasing in range 4 metres per second until it reaches its maximum range of 16 metres (This 'Range Charge' deteriorates at the same rate when not being fired)

-Zarya's M1 is now affected by armour just like everyone else in the game and is no longer a special snowflake tank buster tank

Now Zarya can focus on her role of actually being a tank, absorbing damage with shields and using her ult as the best teamwipe setup in the entire game. Rather than just being "Beefy hitscan dps"

-Stuns will now break the hook mid-animation, freeing the hook target
-Killing a target shortly after hooking them reduces the cooldown of hook by 2 seconds (4 second cooldown)
-Missing a hook increases the cooldown by 4 seconds (10 second cooldown)

Now Roadhog is more skill intensive based on actually landing the hook rather than fishing constantly

What exactly is wrong with rewarding roadhogs for landing their combo? I'd say the only one of his glaring design flaws is he's a tank that struggles with multiple enemies at once, because he can only hook one person.

Reducing the cooldown on a succesful hook kill means he has more of a way to fight his way out of multiple enemies.
