This is an issue I found with the hero limit.

Genji is the best bet for killing Bastion.
But somebody on you team is Genji.
And they're not killing Bastion.
You can't change to Genji because of the hero limit, and the shitter on your team won't kill Bastion.
So you have to use a non-ideal character to do it, when the point of the game is meant to be changing your hero based on what is ideal.

I have kill cam turned off but its because its bugged for me. For whatever reason my kill cams run in like 2 fps or it just shows a black screen. Players will now be assigned to a tier, depending on their skill rating
Bronze - 1-1499
Silver - 1500-1999
Gold - 2000-2499
Platinum - 2500-2999
Diamond - 3000-3499
Master - 3500-3999
Grandmaster - 4000-5000
In Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers, a player will not drop out of their tier even if their skill rating falls below the cutoff.

So as long as your aint a master or grandmaster you can't fall off your minimum rank.

Not a Tracer main, but I have the sensitivity at 17 for everyone. But don't know what DPI I use, whatever the default for the G400s is plus a bit.

I just play Tracer on king of the hill maps, she's ezpz to play there. Easy to get a quick kill on enemies not paying attention or cleaning up low-hp enemies trying to hide.
