I haven't played in forever and i know seal of crusader was bugged on nost. Is the standard leveling spec to 11 points holy first for consecrate, then whatever the fuck from there?

sorta. it's the "closest thing available" at the very least. It has decent pop but some things are off/broken. Every private server has some little shit that is weird (nost wasn't an exception). Most shit works ok on kronos tho pet pathing is annoying as shit and monsters are slightly undertuned as well as agro radius being pretty "off" as well.
Not that amazing but not anything to sperg out over either, but that's just my opinion. Beyond the comparisons to nost, k2 is the "least shitty" vanilla available by a pretty hefty margin.
Unless elysium makes amazing progress and gets 2k pop. Or until crestfall releases in 2019. Or until official legacy which will beat crestfall and corecraft anyhow.

Hunters are the easiest class to level but the most maintenance (ammunition and feeding your pet). Rogues are pretty strong, and are among the best melee in terms for survivability, since you can escape more easily than others. No self-heals though, so it might be Paladin instead.

Hunters are awful though. You'll also hate the stuttered energy regen and losing combo points when you change targets.

There has been a long-standing agreement among many private vanilla devs to leave certain bugs with mangos and other infrastructures in the game, to be precise, consecration scaling with AP, and seal of the crusader not reducing damage done.

Kronos has both these bugs fixed, which means there is literally no reason to play Paladin unless you are intending to do nothing but healbot.
