I am actually not sure, I helped the raiders clear the park, and then only betrayed them once they started asking me to raid The Commonwealth.

Part of the raider questline involves setting up three bases in the Commonwealth, and in order ot get the mission to report power to the park on the raider side, you have to do it.

You can side against the raiders and kill their leader, and you will get an objective to go turn on the park's power, but you cannot beat the raider questline without taking over places in The Commonwealth.

I sent the problematic hair files to that guy on LL. Other than those two, all the meshes are 100% done.

I usually have a couple of vertibird flares, 1 antibiotics, 4 stimpacks, 5 psychojet, 2 refreshing bevvies, 2 med X and rad X. never more than 2 weapons and never start out with more than 2 mags per weapon

I've only ever received normal vault dwellers from the radio. That radio is also fully upgraded, manned with 10+ charisma vault dwellers etc etc and I've not received anything worthwhile from that operation.
