The sorta fixed it a few months ago. The win used to give a flat boost between all teammates, but now it varies depending on your CSR compared to the enemy CSR and your own performance.
You can lose to a team of champions 50 to 15 and still go up 3/4 of a rank if you personally played well. Losing to high rank guys brings you down only a little while losing to bronzes will rip you down rank or maybe two.

All the DLC skyboxes are probably made of 90% new assets. But I wouldn't be surprised if a few things in maps were recycled. Probably more like 60% new shit inside of the maps themselves.

1. You could at least play with the servers down in previous games. Once the servers go down, or if XBL is down, Halo 5 becomes a singleplayer squad based shooter story game.

No, they don't. Gears 4 is on the preview program and the PC and Xbox versions don't share matchmaking.

This means all the two games have to do is have something in common. That's a very loose definition. They could not share multiplayer at all in Halo 6.

Why not? The Scorpio is infinitely more capable than the X1 and even most high end PCs.
Expect certain aspects of Halo 6 like split screen to be exclusive to the Scorpio version.
They will probably allow custom game play between the versions, MAYBE campaign, but that's it.

I doubt they will even let you play campaign together between the two because the Scorpio is going to be able to render much larger levels with more enemies while the X1 is going to have to break it into chunks.

I've been playing since CE release and I like to use the achievements as an indicator on how dedicated/experienced one is with the series as a whole. Achievements such as laso or speedrunning is something an average player wont achieve so it's a good indicator of how good they are.
