Why is it so fucking hard to find a decent guild?

Back in the WoTLK / early Cata days I could find a good guild after spending like half an hour in trade chat, fill an app on their website and enjoy raiding / shitposting in guild chat with some cool faggots.

Now when I'm looking for a raiding guild for Legion, I either find some hard-fucking-core mythic only guilds with 6h raids raids 5 days a week that require you to be basically be on Method level of game knowledge to join, or some casual as fuck guilds made by 2 irl normalfag friends that have no idea how raiding works and will just get bored and quit 2 weeks into the expansion.

Fuck me, why did my previous guild had to die, playing with them literally made for the happiest days in my life.

I don't know how it scales, but at level 42, I got almost 2% xp for killing a single mob

I don't know of out works, but maybe if you fly around killing mobs you'll get enough xp for invasions to be with it

No its not.

Old version you could cycle 4-5 characters over the invasion, getting a 2~ levels each.
Now you have to spend an extra 20-30 minutes per character for like 20% more, and you can only cycle 2-3 characters per invasion depending on how spread they are.

Its a net benefit per character, but over several characters it works out much worse since you have to spend much more time per character.

So you do the dalaran quest, you visit ulduar, you visit kharazan and then you give the lady a book and I'm assuming the followup is bugged because nothing happens after that and it seems like a weird place to end.

Archimonde was already there, and just one person too, and also used a spell that only seemed to be good at toppling buildings.

Objectives changed etc etc it's hard to really say because Blizzard is never really good at developing a world when anything you're involved with has nothing to do with it (i.e. babies still being babies, orphaned children still being orphaned children, Anduin literally being unaging until Mists and again until Legion).

All I can say is, by the power of untold bullshit and plot devices they don't just overrun it because of how it can just change locations so quickly, and despite finding it so quickly over Kara they aren't using the full force. Hell, if it weren't for the Kirin Tor trying to get the book themselves they probably wouldn't have given a shit about Dalaran to begin with (at least at that point in the story).

To all my Demon Hunter friends out there trying to farm Illidan for the Warglaives, there is a super simply way to skip directly from Supremus to the Den of Mortal Delights.

What you do is that as soon as you enter the big room that goes to the Den, Gurtogg, Gorefiend, and the Shade of Akama, turn as though you're going to the Den of Mortal Delights. To the left of the door to the Den, you will notice a chain attached to the corner of the room, that goes up to the ceiling. This chain is climbable using your double jump and glide. Just stick to the left part of the chain and it's easy. Once you get to the portion of the chain that starts to turn gold with the keep going and turn around. You can use double jump and glide to get into the upper floor of the Den.

Using this trick I was able to solo Black Temple in like 5 minutes and skip 4 bosses. It's a great time saver if you're just going for the Warglaives and nothing else.
