It's the whole system not being balanced, magic/phys attack enahcne shouldn't be higher than 20%, 1 slot per rank is also too much( 1 slot every 2-3 ranks would be balanced)
And lets not talk about Transcendence system, cap it to lv5 or exploiters/RMT will just powercreep the whole game so hard legit and honest players would just feel more insulted than they are now by IMC
