I don't get this friendly turret idea that everyone loves. How about using the one Engineer building not in the game. A dispenser. Or something like it. A beacon that heals like an un-amped healing aura Lucio within a certain radius. It also gives out that 25 shield buff. It would have a cooldown comparable to torb turrets (effectively none) so you aren't too hindered by it being destroyed.

The other idea is giving her a secondary ult while a teleporter is up similar to the Engineer's rescue ranger. This primary weapon allowed the Engineer to instantly have the building back in his hands if he had LoS and enough metal. Even while it was being attacked.

This secondary ult would be similar. If you have this ult ready you can instantly (without LoS) have your teleporter back in your hands and ready to be placed again. This has two functions. One is to give you a chance to rescue it while a flanker is attacking and allows you to place it elsewhere. The other is to squeeze a few more uses out of your still active teleporter if you're defending/ attacking a new section of the map. Of course, it's not a new teleporter. If it had half health and 3 charges left it'll stay that way so it's not just a faster primary ult.

My second idea is actually the beacon(s) you speak of. Charges and applies shields in a radius or to make it somewhat "fair" for the attackers to find it, it should have the same targeting system as her damage turrets but to friendlies (visible beams towards the target).

Also I think it would be nice if she could sacrifice her teleport to instantly drain all enemy shields in an area depending on how many charges left. This way she could at least counter a few popular heroes, making her useful beyond a side room carwash and the questionably useful teleport.

If all healers were nerfed to 150 HP, deepz would have easier time bursting them down. There would be no point having 2 healers since they couldn't just outheal the damage to each other anymore. Lucio nerf would make healing 2 tanks more difficult than 1, so 1 healer couldn't keep more than 1 tank alive.

Buffs to Widowmaker, Pharah and McCree's fan the hammer would also help to bust tanks.
