the turning circle for up close shit or juke'n torps unless they see them comming a billion miles away. Remember glass cannon is the name of the game with the Russian cruiser

As a semi-competent rider I can tell you that controling your horse with your legs is maybe not easy but perfectly doable, especially if the horse is well-trained.

And these horses obviosuly know parades, and know what they are expected to do.

Some have the eggshell-with-sledgehammer syndrome, like Kirov and Shchors which can be citadelled by BBs straight through the bow or stern. And by pretty much everyone if they show even a slight bit of broadside.

But all cruisers are fragile. And the vodka ones get great shell arcs, good AP and most have enough guns to guarantee fires. Grab DE, and they turn into flamethrowers.
