I have unlinked nands, running on emunand and luma.
Sysnand is completely empty. There's no FBI installed.
What did I need to do to install FBI on sysnand, and then use that to install GBA/DSi cias so I can play GBA/DSi games from emunand?

how do I make homebrew not autolaunch luma without replacing boot3ds?

I'm doing the Wii U hack. On my SD card, I put six games (all of which said "loadiine ready" on the torrent). Three of them work fine. Pokken has terrible load times, but works.

Two of the games, Devil's Third and Xenoblade Chronicles X doesn't appear on the loadiine menu at all. They are also formatted differently, so I'm thinking I did something wrong in how I put them on the SD. They both came with two rars, DT had a "SI" folder and XCX an update folder. The rars where I assume the actual games had the three familiar folders, but not under an overall folder, so I made my own and put everything related to the game under them.

Any help would be deeply appreciated. I ended up just confusing myself trying to research these things.

Everytime I try to run a neogeo game it just crashes on my viter. I even have the neogeo.zip in the rom directory

A while back I downloaded Bravely Second in Japanese, and I was able to run it just fine. Then, I wanted to play the uncensored USA version, so I deleted the data for the Japanese version and installed the uncensored version. I got the screen that said "Nintendo 3DS" in the black screen and it wouldn't go away, so I deleted that and I installed the normal USA version, and I got the same result. I noticed it didn't say "New software has been added to your home screen" and I didn't have to tap it and take it out of the little present box when I installed the two USA versions. What did I fuck up? I have a USA region 3DS, and even I didn't, I have NTR.

I don't really understand the question. There's no point upgrading to 3.61 (especially if you have a PS3) because it's going to fuck you. If you're going to stay on 3.60 you may as well use HENkaku. If you've got a lower firmware that is capable of PSP/PS1 loading, then it's a personal choice whether you upgrade to 3.60 or not.

With freeShop 2.0 you will only need CIAngel for making CIAs. Though I'd use PlaiCDN or FunKeyCIA on PC for that, much faster.

Shortly after Cubic Ninja the "piracy" route was downgrade to 4.x via Gateway, set up the emunand, then use Palentine. You were extremely limited in what games you could play, legit or not.

Then rxTools came out at the time which allowed legal access to games on the latest firmware via emunand.

Reicast is optimized for ARM though, so CPU-wise it should be fine. Couple it with a dynarec and it shouldn't be too bad.

Graphics wise, I don't know if it handles NEON but that would basically be the final boost it could get other than accuracy hits.

there was a useful page where you could take your monster hunter extdata saved from jksvm or whatever upload it to a ssite and then it would convert your charm data into a txt file. from there you were able to use it in the athenas ass program an then have everything you have on your game without manually inputting it in the app. i had it a long time ago but i forgot where i saved it and the name. anyone know what im talking about?

Nope no real risks, and setting up emulators is as easy as installing the vpks with vitaShell. All you need to be mindful of is where to store your roms as some emulators have different requirements for that.

We are not sure if sony will ban people for using henkaku. From previous experience with tnv, ark, vhbl, you can simply just update and everything will work fine. It may be wise to delete some files using the file manager that comes with henkaku before updating though because you'll lose access to those folders unless you format your memory card.

and no, you can't play online on older firmwares. Some homebrews will have online function though, as someone pointed out earlier Vita Quake is getting a multiplayer mode version.
