depends. minor to moderate healing, like dungeons, keep pws on tank on cd for both healing and atonement. spam smite, use penitence for a larger heal. if you need to cover the entire party with atonement, plea > pws > radiance. for higher throughput on tanks, just spam shadow mend. since they're constantly taking damage the dot will be removed pretty much instantly. Remember that smite nullifies part of target's damage done.
