There is absolutely no way blizzard will ever give a discount on transfers or mass transfers, they know most of the realms are dead and there's daily threads asking for discounts on the forums that they completely ignore. You'll either have to pay up 25 per character or deal with a dead server.

Dunno, finding most things boring right now, I think WW monk is fairly nice to place but they won't balance it in Legion so its like a toss up between doing damage or having fun, also BM is horrible right now and MW is kinda just okay so monk seems like a gamble.

disc is FUN but they're missing a few things, imo they need a better way to deal aoe damage than purge the wicked, ideally something incredibly high mana cost so you can't spam it but worth using to deal effective burst damage/healing on aoe because currently holy priest spamming holy nova does more aoe dps than even shadow is capable of doing.
