When i made the card i compared it to thaurissan in effect. Thaurissan gives a +1 mana bonus to your entire hand, spells and minions, and has -1,5 mana in stats for it. This means that an effect such as this is worth around 1,5-2 mana, since thaurissan is a pretty strong card still. That means that this spell should cost 3 or 4 mana since it gives a +2 mana bonus to your entire hand, but it doesn't, since it doesn't buff your spells.

Addig stats to cards in your hand is a much stronger tempo play that to a board, especially considering you can dump +2/2 buffed minions from turn 3 onwards with your bad explanation. Thaurissian isn't fundamentally changing the statline on your hand though, just allows you to potentailly sneak out plays a turn earlier than you should.

Buffing your hand is way better than buffing your board if you can do it early. Wisps requires you to have board presence, this card however would not, is almost completely uncounterable and adjusts the statline in ridiculous ways.

Anything lower than 7 and it'd be too strong.

It's undercosted and strictly against hearthstone design philosophy. It also creates a massive black hole in terms of design space for 1 health minions, particularly in the class you're trying to fix. Also you seem to have added a tribe to a spell, creating a confusing precedent.

Use Bluestacks. open the fakegps app and set your location to US. Change your location to US on amazon (open the side menu, scroll down to the flag and pick US).
