So I am about to try A6S as a WHM, I usually play scholar. Was watching some youtube videos to see what people do and I noticed a couple people seem to be casting unnecessary Cures to proc Freecure. Is that a legitimate thing? I mostly play WHM in expert and weeping city so I haven't healed a real fight with it yet. Seems like a waste of GCDs, but I do frequently run into MP problems when trying to DPS and heal for prolonged fights, should I be trying to proc freecures instead of throwing stones all the time?

How do you quickly turn around using standard controls?

I'm too used to legacy controls where I can swiftly turn around and Elusive jump. I recently learned that legacy is hampering my DPS by missing auto attacks. Now I'm having troubles of doing a quick Elusive jump like before. Any advice would be helpful.

The WHM in my static is going on vacation for about 4 days starting after tonight and won't be back til sometime Monday; if there is anyone who is a WHM/SCH with appropriate gear that wants to try progress on A7S (you gotta have A6S cleared to RF it with us of course) we'd like to have your help on maybe 2 or 3 of the 4 days our WHM is gone. I was on Levi for a bit. I liked the server, though from what I've heard the PUG scene isn't as good as it used to be though still not bad. I have no idea how Excal is aside from it being populated too. Gilgamesh like >>151335260 said is like number 2 in server pop but idk how often it opens.

Gilgamesh, ideally. If not, then Excalibur is okay from experience. It's got a modest population, but not to the point where it feels dead. It's a fine server to start on, and if you feel like it you can transfer off to Gilgamesh or Balmung later. Never played on Leviathan, so I can't speak about it
