At budget levels, Ele outperforms F.Ranger. After the patch, F.Ranger's welfare set will probably push her a little bit further.

At whale levels, Ele has the higher upfront cost to get her swap set, but then has a wider selection of ebins and luther legendaries, and can settle at a decently reinforced staff. F.Ranger will basically always be chasing after the next reinforce and doesn't have the same milestone. But I suppose any % class has infinite whale potential in that regard.

Where are you in your gear progress? The problem with stalking fmages is that you usually only find them in either a chronicle set or decked out in full epics, the inbetween isn't represented very well.

Just wear 3pc Warden and do a half-assed version of void setting until people figure out the post-patch alternative that isn't "lmao just wear epics". Budget shadow enchants and anything nice you can find (bought or quest legendaries) with modifiers and elemental damage will do just fine.

No, you need to reach the level milestone you chose to get the badges. Then you need to pick a higher level to get more of them. I don't know if it actually resets the character's level for that, but that seems too ridiculous to be true.

It works like this. Example: Level 10 and 20 award 10 coins each. Level 30 awards 20 coins. you set your goal for level 30, upon reaching it you gain 40 coins. The latest version on Steam is one that attempts to streamline the leveling process by giving you very high quality items early on that scale with your character so that you can level up more quickly. However, it is also here that you still run into the same problems that exist in the old game. The first version of the game refused to adopt the new experience curve system, resulting in a massive grind for players. The Nexon NA version had terrible connections and a four man party would end up with only one or two players by the time they reached the boss room, which is less than five minutes

They tried to combat fatigue by releasing potions and subscription fees that grant you more, but in a free to play game, that's the wrong move to make. You're basically giving the people who spend money a crap ton more play time and fatigue to spend than non-payers, ensuring that they will have higher levels and better weapons because they can actuallly grind for them. Many of these problems can actually be fixed by simply removing the fatigue system so that it is not just a bar that's always in your face counting down how much time you have left to play. Instead, we're basically forced to pay for play time instead of say a subscription with unlimited pay time instead. It could actually turn this into a genuinely good game, but every publisher so far has been intent on keeping it around.

The FP system literally only sucks for new people at the beginning, or when you're leveling.

Eventually you'll have too many alts to even play in one day. The game's strength is in the diversity of its class options. You WILL find at least one alt to play, and boom, you just doubled your playtime.

The biggest hurdle in the endgame isn't having too little to do, it's having too much to do. Three months of OV on this alt, 2 months of EX on this alt, 3 months of Anton on the main, level up this new alt. Grind on all of them to have enough gold to afford clones and shit for all of them.

Diverse gameplay, mostly. Some stuff you can pool for your main, though. Events, grinding, anything that gives you anything transferable or tradable. Guild Dungeons recently had a good event where having lots of alts came in handy for quickly getting endgame-tier gear.

It's equal importance, I guess. Half diversity, half because it lets you get past daily gameplay caps or advance faster.

The Explorer bonus actually becomes a fairly significant stat boost when your main is at solo-Anton levels, hilariously, since you don't have a Sader.

I hate fucking Sader, and I hate how tame Neople is about nerfing Sader. He completely centralizes the game around himself. They just recently did a "fix" to make other classes less shitty with Saders in the party, and instead of just nerfing Sader a lot or changing how his stat boosts worked, they changed like twenty fucking class' unique passives and shit that gave STR / INT into Skill Damage.
