I'm trying to find some interesting applications for some of the kara cards in more standardized decks. So far most just don't cleanly get placed into existing decks.

I'm getting disappointed.

So far it's seemed like Barnes -> Zoolock, Curator-> Dragon Warrior, Medivh -> any tempo, Malchezaar -> Control Warrior.

I would note that on the subject of Curator, you don't HAVE to get all three cards out of it for it to be good, and the same goes with the triple buff cards. On that note, I think coldlights will be seen in the more "midrange" decks alongside curator. If you don't give a fuck about your opponent having cards you can just coldlight all day. Someone in the last thread posted some pic of a jank reno hunter waiting for Curator and it looked shit but he may have been onto something with Coldlights.

Yeah I've been playing around with a similar thing. Remember how at the end of the Patron Warrior era people were running like 2 gnomish inventors and 2 Loot Hoarders? I've been doing that shit but also with eleks and drakes and soon, with coldbloods trying to cycle hard and I've found polluted hoarder to not be too bad. I'm thinking when Curator comes out I'm gonna try like, 2 elek, 1 gnomish, 1 polluted, 2 azure, 2 coldblood. If you're able to jam enough positive draw and search into the deck, you'd actually have room to run shit like powershot to fight against zoo.

Exciting times ahead, to be sure. The polluted hoarder even opens the deck up to the possibility of n'zoth, but that's ambitious without even testing the concept.

My intention was for the enemy to attack, always, but it would have a 50% chance of not dealing damage. And I made the stats to 3/2 so that it can deal with almost all 2 drops.

Also my intention with the wording was for the effect to be active only when the enemy is attacking, not when this minion is attacking.

Would a 3/1 still be broken? Or lower the percentage to 33% so that it triggers only 1 in 3 times. But that makes it extremely unreliable.
Maybe just lower the damage dealt by the enemy opposite of the card 50% of the actually attack, 100% of the times, to make it consistent while less broken since it will still deal damage.

Or just make it a 2/1 with the same effect. But that's kinda weak. Every 1 drop can deal with it, including pings. So 2/2 is the minimal stats I can think it would be playable.

That's honestly true, even if 7/7 didn't exist they could still play Fireguard Destroyer. Yeah, it has 1 less health and 5.5 attack on average but it's still really hard to deal with and 1 less overload too.

Shaman just lost basically nothing in standard despite already being strong pre-standard. A naked 7/7 dropped on an empty board isn't the biggest problem, the biggest problem is their fucking openers with trogg into totem golem or feral spirits so you're already behind when that thing comes down.

For the current meta to adjust to a list like yours, people would need to quit playing like little faggots with 28 1-3 drops and a random Tirion Foredring.
