Kind of. One thing about WT is that most of it is clientside and therefore there is less for the server to do.

If it was serverside then WT would be able to pretty effectively do checks against edited game files because it would host most of them and could constantly overwrite the clients ones in use. It's not, though, and we've got a situation where the server could at best do a check every connection to see if any game files are edited.

The issue is really modding. Most mods technically break the EULA (they're edited game files), and sound and graphics mods almost certainly are in the margin between 'cheating' and 'not cheating' since they could directly change gameplay. If WT put in file checks for cheating then it would kill the quite substantial modding community the game has, because it would remove modding altogether or just force them to be appoved and sponsored mods by Gaijin (probably monetised, too).

One last option is having a database of file edits/cheats and banning through detection of that, but Gaijin usually simply refuses to acknowledge cheats and ignores the issue entirely for the necessity of an anti-cheat. I do have a feeling that Gaijin use a primitive form of this already, but probably just 'hey sergey i found a new cheat in the game, go ban 20 people who use it in a few months'.

Should I ask team to make RP to be always constant (say, 1000) for some user (since it is fixed number) and you will try to datamine that change or will you trust me it is so?

When Griffons were first introduced, they were nowhere as NEAR as good as they are today. The original 22 and 24 were simple twins in terms of performance. Both of them had a placeholder FM, which didn't work out well in anything except somewhat retaining energy to a degree that would make them ever-so-slightly flyable. They weren't common, even though many people had them.

But when 1.41 hit, it fixed a major issue with 22/24, which was overheating. The usage of planes spiked and then spiked again when FM's were 'finalized' in 1.43. But before that, they were atrocious beyond 4kmof altitude.

Honestly, tier IV tank grind is getting me down. It's considerably slower than tier fucking V planes.

I don't know how people do it. And it's even worse because if you don't have the OP gun of your BR, you're getting hits and crits but no kills so it's even slower. At least with planes you can make sure you get 1 kill per game. But in tanks you can drive in and get a hit and then get memed on, losing a good 5 minutes of time and some lions for nothing.

As someone who fell for the tier 5 meme I have to say it's the worst tier to play in. I have all tier 5 tanks of Germany and the Soviets and 1/2 the tier 5 tanks of the US.

The only reason I attempted to grind them out was because my friend gave me his graphics card coupon thing for 25,000 eagles. I don't think he knew how much it was worth.

You either find out too late that grinding isn't fun or you learn from others mistakes and stick to tier 1-3.
