Bipods let you turn the LMGs into snipers if built right, as long as you an aim them. Don't expect effective use of SBLB.

Joker Basic is blarge, they're not worth the effort. If you really want to use Joker, consider the selfish bonuses from Partner in Crime.
The Judge doesn't need the shotgun skills to be effective, you can safely rip off Shotgun CQC, you're not using the Judge that much. I think. Underdog Ace is a better use of points.
Shock and Awe Ace is overkill because you have the judge for shields. Keep Shock and Awe Basic and put the filler points in Transporter to let you reach Iron Man for the armor.
Bulletstorm is a pointdump. Consider removing the points in there in favor for Saw Massacre Basic. While you're not using a saw, it's exactly how many points you need to reach Fully Loaded.
Consider acing Lock and Load and/or Surefire. Surefire Ace lets you go through body armor making any weapon actually matter when you do body shots, but it's not that powerful without Body Expertise. Lock and Load will let your Valkyria reload 60% faster after just 2 kills. The Valkyria rifle has the perfect 20 ammo for it and Lock and Load basic gives it 35 while keeping the 60% faster reload. Provided you're using that thing in automatic.
You may not need The Professional, Optical Illusions Ace is a cheap way to throw more concealment in. Duck and Cover Ace + Sneaky Bastard will squeeze some more dodge in.
You'll benefit from the silencer perks on the judge if you... put a silencer on it...
pd2skills is glitched as far as concealment is concerned, you'll have to go in-game and figure out what combination of attachments will put you to 23 (optimal) detection risk or less.
