Fine, it's like 37% or 38% because she has a mid-tier Charisma rank I can't remember.

She's actually just Shuten lite though in terms of her skills, except she trades that 3% damage boost and AoE on her buffs/debuffs for a 2-turn lower cooldown and (at the moment) a 4* cost, which is honestly better for most raid/large boss battles anyways.

I suppose she's a weaker Lancer at building a team to kill Archers around since she doesn't have a crit absorb and self burst or an actual NP or anything, but she'll still have better stats than silver/bronze ascendeds and still notably higher effective attack since she comes with two buffs. But as long as having two targeted/team attack buffs on one character is reasonably rare and shit like Sthenos/Blackbeard's recent double-dipping doesn't become the norm, I still have a reason to support slot Lizfags when all the Wavers aren't showing up.

5 SSR + mashu is good enough, i blazed lancelot with attila waver + support , vlad jeanne and mashu

So it turns out both Arturia Alters have slightly more attack than their 5* Vanilla vers (at the expense of about 3k less HP). Saber Alter in particular will hit harder than Arturia due to having 450% multiplier on Morgan. I think they are two clear cases of 4*s surpassing 5*s even at 100.

Herc also stacks up pretty well at 100, having higher ATK than Vlad or Raiko. With his skillset he's now a more offensively minded Cu Alter when his ATK buff is up. Not necessarily better than any of the 5* zerkers but can definitely hang.

Basically all the strong 4*s are now just as viable as 5*s at Lvl 100.

3*s and below are generally not as useful Grail Ascended except outliers like Cu and Arash whose skills/NP make them godly with higher stats. However do remember that even with lower attack stats most 3*s will hit super hard at 100 due to NP5.
