An AoE Arts NP with ten hits would generate WAY too much NP given EMIYA's NP gen values. It's a good thing it isn't Arts, or he'd be massively overpowered.

People seem extremely attached to the idea of NP BBC, but any deck that can actually pull that off is only going to do it once in a blue moon for one reason (poor NP generation with only one Arts) or another (leaving it up to the whims of the RNG) unless they're doing Waver+Kaleido, and Kaleido is an awful CE for Buster or NP damage.
