Your build is fine. You'll fall behind other archers in late game until you manage to get a didel (if ever) and it makes for a great silver farmer in the 130 dungeon. SR3 looks incredibly promising as well. Just make sure to go full str.

The circle three buff removes the benefit of using shields, possibly even making their skills unusable.
Fencers also have an attribute to increase damage when not using a shield. Pelt 2 is trash and Rodel 2 isn't good after the infinite shield charge/slithering bug was fixed, which was what made that build a thing in the first place.

All classes can wield daggers on their left hand anon, you don't need any specific skill for it.

Possible Hackapell build. QS3 running shot is seemingly mandatory since auto attacks are the only thing that stick arrows in enemies for the number of hits hakka skills scale off of based on the translated class preview. A ton of archer classes dont synergize with mounts so r6 and 7 picks are limited to archer 3, ranger 1-2, falconer1-2. and fletcher 1-2. I went with fletcher 2 for the broadhead arrow and bodkin arrow for potential pvp viablility, having QS stone shot and caltrops also helps in pvp but I'm not set on it. I could see Falconer 1 and Archer 3 being ok picks for r6-7 for PVE purposes though circling multishot. Priest in RO wasn't only heal, well timed Safety Wall, Pneuma, offensive Blessing on demons, Assumptio x Kyrie Elesion decisions, this while Healing and maintaining buffs up.

I also realized something. Whenever I play, I keep my internet browser open to shitpost on /tosg/. However, turns out my internet browser was causing major lag and it probably had affected my TBL, GBL, WB and everything else.

I think thats within the level range for nahash blue spion leather farming. Afterwards you can abuse pincer quest at whatsitcalled coast for pincer farming shekels.
If you still need shekels even after this than farm 130 dungeon solo 3 times a day for 750k a day.
With all this shekels, it shouldn't be much trouble to buy level appropriate plate +shield and aspersion which should let you take 1s from most attacks your level.

You're the only person who plays that build and effective as it may be it doesn't get a tier for one player.

So what kind of cool underused things are in this game?
Playing an alchemist, I can see it's not just that Druids can cast spells on certain "grass" areas, but that each terrain has a different type of material property. Including things like piles of books, grates, and small ponds. They could go beyond geomancer and have all sorts of techniques based on terrain type, although most are some form of rock or dirt. But nonetheless, they could have Golems be made out of whatever material base you cast the spell on, for example.

Another thing I notice is that item level, color, and stars all play into awakening, but only stars matter for upgrading, with color just changing the price. If this game gave upgrading bonuses depending on item color and maybe had the odd low level item with a lot more stars than normal, it might make items a little better, as you might upgrade a lower level blue item instead of moving on to a stronger which one of higher required level. I had an idea like maybe blue/purple/red counted for 1/2/3 extra stars, but it might not be that significant. They should really use the star system better.

During the beta, it was Tree of Swordsmen because swordsman was the only class worth playing and archers were beyond shit in particular. Those times are long past.

Sadhus used to be strong too though, but they're one of the useless classes along with paladin in the cleric tree now.

Archers range from okay to really strong at certain things. Mages are nearly OP in general. Even cryos went from no-damage to having damage caused by basically all of their skills, so they're viable. Ele is kind of shit though so don't bother unless you're going ele 3, or even full on meme wiz3/ele3/warlock.

Do archers have a hard time against fencers? or is ti just a meme?

I came up with this diagram using Rabbit Ears in the place of penises to illustrate my thought process.

I came to the conclusion that it would likely be side by side, since nature likes symmetry. It would probably resemble a bisected wang or something. It would be much more convenient to have it stacked (fig 1) for convenience and ease of entry, but fig 2 is probably how it would be.

Normally magic is balanced against physical attacks of other classes due to the fact that whilst physical attacks can crit if the user decides to put some stats into dex, magic cannot crit. Now however the balance is broken completely with magic having both 100% critrate as well as wizards being allowed to go 100% int without any other stat whilst every other class has to put stats in both str and dex yet not even reach 100% crit rate.

Quick cast needs to be severly nerfed unless you actually don't care about balance and just want wiz to remain top dog
