You could get cleric 2 and be better at healing+have divine might. Chap is good for farming and dropping Capellas in GvG provided you have a Daino slut but otherwise it doesn't offer that much as the damage falls off pretty hard late game and very few classes are auto attack based in the end game to benefit from last rites.

The best route you can go for right now is Cleric 2, Priest 3, Oracle 1, Kabba 1.

However, we're getting rank 8 information on Thursday for clerics probably so it may be worth holding off on making a decision for your r6+ classes. Priest 3 is pretty much mandatory if you're committed to Spr already.

Rerolling at rank 3 is not a big deal though.

During a guild battle I opened up my gpu driver and cpu monitor to try to figure out what the weakest link was. At exactly 0.72 FPS, CPU usage was 28% overall with all 4 cores getting equal loads, and none of them anywhere near maxed out. I could alt tab without delay and use background programs smoothly, as if ToS wasn't even running. Over 2gb of ram were still free, and the page file wasn't getting any new activity.

The real surprise was the gpu. It reported activity between 0 and 52%. Despite being overclocked, the temperature was sitting in the idle range at 53C with 31% fan speed, far below where it gets with other games.

You should probably remove the serious about PvE part from F.O.E.
I left because they never fucking do anything. There's less than 5 people in the guild that are 280, and they only just hit 280 2~3 weeks ago. None of them do ET, they never do Saalus, they only do world bosses when they can get carried by Alysse or Rynn (people from outside the guild) and don't stay ontop of their resets.
Even fucking FP is more serious about PvE, at least Lolipan does his daily 200 rushes :ok_hand:

Absolutely terrible. You only go Fencer 2 if you intend to go Fencer 3 (otherwise you'd get Rode3). Fencer 3 has a stance that ignores shield bonuses. Fencer is not meant to be a shield class.

Stake stockade is fucking good. No AoE limit and no count limit. You can walk mobs into it over and over until it expires.
It is shit in party because it requires people to know what to do with it, but if they know then you're going to kill mobs pretty fast.

No, the merge patch indicates that it SHOULD last for 15 mins at all levels but it is currently bugged and still has the pre merge duration of 30 seconds

If you can do the Punji+Stockades combo, theoretically yes (you ca google it, they say it got fixed but I have tried it before and it still worked), for it to instantly kill a mob pack you need perfect conditions of

1. very tight corridor
2. all monsters are hit by the punji
3. all monsters flung hit each other upon landing

Ive seen this instantly kill or reduce HP of Red truffles to <10%

Rodeleros get some of the best CC in the Swordsman tree. With the update, they get damage equal to any other swordsman class. The issue is the delivery: People move out of the way, so it's hard to land sequential blows. Montano isn't enough to keep people still. I repaired this issue by going Rodel -> Rodel -> Corsair -> Rodel. Iron hook is just about long enough to fit Slithering -> High Kick -> 2x Shooting Star -> 2x Shield Bash -> 3x Targe Smash.

Tip try to fit Hoplite at R3 if you can. Being able to wear 1h Spears is a godsend.

That's my exact progression, including leftover points and the order of adding skills. The 9 leftover points are completely up to you. I am leaving them unassigned, just in case they decide to change the scaling on any of the other skills. Shield Push, Shield Charge, Slithering, High Kick don't gain anything from extra levels except damage, and Shield Push's defense reduction isn't really worth it.

What you do in arena is basically abuse knockdowns(Shield Charge, Montano, Bash, Umbo Blow), run up to people, use Iron Hook, apply debuffs, and then damage skills. Most people will melt to 2 charges of Shooting Star, let alone everything else.

Personally for me, it's not an entirely bad thing for guilds to lose GvG. Realistically you can't expect any of them to go in and win everything.

If you don't care about what you play then go with a full support as your first character. Any DPS builds are disgustingly expensive because of the enhancement attributes, the memetastic wiz3 ele3 warlock AoE build needs about 450m silver just in attributes for example, while most support builds need pretty much nothing at all to operate at 99% efficiency. After you have a good, cheap, character that can participate in the endgame you can use that to fund your significantly more expensive DPS ones.

Some popular picks that are pretty much guaranteed to keep you relevant are
Wiz -> Cryo3 -> Chrono3
Wiz -> Pyro -> Link2 -> Chrono3
Cleric2 -> Diev3 -> X
Cleric2 -> Priest3 -> Kriv1 -> X

These aren't top DPS, they are decent DPS
If you want to do damage you are going to invest tons of silvers in both gear and attributes no matter what
These builds gives decent competitive DPS while being "cheap" on silver because Cure, Zaibas or Owls and Carnivory hits like trucks on base damage and are the only skills you will need to attributes up.
Just remember any compentent or with high invested attribute pure DPS like Fletcher3 or Ele3Lock will just laugh at your DPS
