I understand the meta right now is more about survivability, so is that it really? You can normally (with capacity perks) hold the beam long enough to do enough damage to drop the dome like a normal fight.

If your Assualt just pick Markov or Parnell. Honestly Markov has the added bonus of chain lightning hitting the Banshee mines. I find the mines are the biggest damage the Kraken brings to the table.

Medic? Val's tranq sniper rifle is incredibly useful. It makes the Kraken sink like a stone.

Trapper? Griffon or Able are probably the best. Abe's grenades make him sink and can be used to set up slow fields on the juke points. Griffon can pull the monster down. >>150343940 recommends Jack but after playing quite a number of games as Jack he isn't that great. At best you'll keep him on the ground a couple of seconds but when he gets up into the air its incredibly hard to get your repulsor to get them down. His gun sucks at shooting Banshee mines as well.

Support? Hank of course for overall survivability but I actually like Bucket in that match up. Sentry drones can be real good on keeping hits up on the Kraken and Mechanized recharge is useful if either your or the Medic are getting focused.

I was the only one doing damage that fight. Now don't get me wrong, I know Lennox sucks in that fight but she barely did anything

I would slowly whittle down the Krakens shield only for it to run around the dome like a bitch and channel its armor. Eventually the Kraken rubbed two braincells together and realized that me and the medic were keeping the other two dumbfucks alive and in a surprise twist had grounder which allowed him to eventually down us all.

It just DRAGGED ON. At some point in dome I just stopped and watched the absurdity of it

it's actually a lot easier than you'd expect on crow due to the fact his charged shots have no spread and his uncharged shots have very little spread. But as a hunter player they should know its REALLY hard to win with a bot hunter on your team. Its not fun and you know that unless the monster royally fucks up, your more than likely going to lose at the end. If assault switched then you might have a chance since there is less pressure on assault besides doing damage, but medic swapping over is just a big fuck you.

Markov I find Damage/Capacity/Capacity is best. The longer your hitting with your lightning gun the more damage your doing ESPECIALLY if your playing B.Markov.

Its decent on Hyde as you aren't super reliant on any perks for the most part (besides reload speed for more gas grenades.) and you add a fuck ton of dots. Also makes his minigun a little more threatening when your forced to use it.

shields are just way too important. each charge of the shield generator on hank can stop roughly 500 points of damage. That's 500 less points of damage that a medic has to heal.

Sunny is about 585? or 600. I can't remember due to all the nerfs she's gotten.

I'm having more fun on an alt account playing only the monster side where I feel far less pressure since I care less if I win or lose. Haven't lost yet and have had enough luck to avoid hackers and I check profiles just in case. It's so easy to juggle these niggles with either goliath. They almost never catch you in stage 1 (not even using any feed speed perks because I barely have any perks and I don't know any super optimal paths, just run and feed my fat ass when I find enough to eat in one quick feeding session) and you can normally just steamroll them in stage 2. And so many shitters try to fight and even dome you when they are alone so you get free kills/strikes.

today I played a game vs a DR amped MG
he wasn't great and struggled against us in fights (as in he got maybe like 2 strikes total before stage 3 endgame) but the thing was that he didn't receive enough damage because the assault was pretty shitty and MG is way too beefy as is and he had stacked DR on top of that
