I'd recommend either a fighter or a helicopter, as it complements what you already have.

From the modules you mentioned, we use the Mig-21 the most, then the F5 (subject to change if the hype dies), then the Mirage.

So I'd say get the Mig-21 or the Ka50 if you wanna get into helicopters.

Mirage if you want a 4th gen fighter with a turnrate that rapes in the merge and has basic A2G capabilities.

MiG-21 or F-5E if you want a limited capability 3rd gen fighter.
They both handle similarly in the air, with the MiG having a *much* higher T/W but the F-5E edging it with slightly superior manoeuverability.
MiG can carry 6 A2A missiles but flies like a bus if you take that many, most sensible people take 4. It's gun is very bad and more or less useless unless you are ace pilto Tony Kito.
F-5E can carry 2 A2A missiles that are gimped until a fix drops in the Friday patch. It's gun is godlike with tonnes of ammo, a working radar gunsight and high muzzle velocity, but can be tricky to get into a position to fire against a good MiG pilot.
In term of situational awareness, the MiG-21 RWR is absolute dogshit whereas the F-5E has the same one as the A-10A & F-15C. Both planes have poor rearward visibility.
F-5E can carry more A2G weapons in terms of weight, is not restricted to dropping ordnance from pylons in pairs like the MiG and can truck GBU-12s. However it does not have the MiGs fun meme weapons like the Kh-66 & S-24.

I see them typing "I'm in A-10, where to go?" and then they die 10 minutes later and subsequently leave the server. New player comes in - rinse repeat. The overall numbers don't really reflect the real "force" that's actually attacking.

BLUE has too many planes that are in some way degraded, bugged, and or way too underpowered.

F-5: Basically a faster HAWK with a short range radar
Gazelle: Only 4 missiles
Mirage: Missiles bugged
F-15: Missile performance is so poor, it comes down to dogfighting 90% of the time where Shlem/R73 stand out
A-10: Way too slow with greatly reduced attack range
F-4: Self-explanatory.

I even see Su27s equipping ECM and fly above cons. Strange new world...

I've seen people in a Su25 take out an airfield on their own in no time, so I'm comparing good Froggy with good Hoggy. It's just that the 25 can carry Vickers (don't know the actual term) which gives them greater fire power overall. And regarding the A2A missiles I know that both eastern and western missiles are flawed, but the Shlem and R73 make the difference there. I consider myself a good, above average Eagle driver but if I face an equally skilled opponent I will always lose against the latter combo.
