Anyone that's used to be terrible at aiming/fps that can help me?

I feel like, mechanically, I can aim where I need to with my current mouse settings/game options (although I'm a shitter, I could be wrong). By that I mean that I can typically put the shots where I want to place them, the problem (the way it feels at least) is that where I'm placing them might not the place I should be aiming in the first place, That said, I do miss a lot so maybe I am just shit at aiming in all aspects.

Anyone have some advice? I really want to become at least above average at it so that I don't have a personal banlist on almost half of the game's roster.

Meifags, she does not beat Reaper. Reaper's shotguns do (not including headshots!) 280 DPS at sufficiently close range. Mei's freeze takes two seconds to work. Consider also that you can never freeze a Reaper on your first try, if he makes a mistake he will just wraith to reset the freeze, then fight you again. Meaning you basically have to hit him with your left click for FOUR SECONDS before you can actually successfully freeze him. How is a GOOD reaper going to fail to kill a Mei in that period of time? He just isn't.

Zarya players deserve more exp because honestly, medals don't mean shit to ranking up, it's all about being on fire which Zen/Lucio are best at

I've recently taken a tumble, was 72 and ended up all the way down to 59
As soon as I hit below 60 I snapped and just took /owg/'s advice of Zarya'ing my way back up to the top
After that, I won 6 games in a row, and only went up to 61, so that's about a 3rd of a bar a game
With Zen tonight, I came home, cracked up some Overwatch with my buddy and just flexed between Zen and Rein (Zen was taken on Kings Row Attack)
I've just gone up nearly 3 ranks, and that's in 3 games, so it's like I'm getting double the rank exp of that I was with Zarya

Now, I know maybe you're thinking I'm just not that good with Zarya, but I can assure you that I was getting consistent golds every game, but was still gaining barely anything
Checking my stats on masteroverwatch, Zen is almost always on fire whereas Zarya isn't, so I think that's the real decider

Which attack heroes have a low enough skill floor that a shitty can use them okay? The few games I've been in a position where my team picks mostly tanks/supports and we need damage and its up to me to pick one I just can't get it done since I can't aim very well yet. Pic related is probably my best one but still not great, and I straight up can't use someone that has to actually aim like McCree or reaper.
