And also, i have Emiya, Atalanta, Nobunaga for my archers, and all of em are levelled max (Nobu's skills are maxed and she's fou'd too). Trying to level Tesla now would be hindering (even with the 1/2 ap rates) and a massive resource drain (especially his skills).
