Without spoilers it's a story about the up and downs of life and the strive for happiness and is mostly about the MC, Naoya, than any of the heroines.
His father is a world famous painter that recently died and he moved to the Natsume house, his mother's family, who also died when he was small.
He's part of the art club, although he doesn't do shit there, and just like his father he's massively talented.
So the first part part of the game is basically about his wacky daily life with his friends, him contemplating how he's wasting his life, and the heroines stories that change his outlook in life in some way.
Then it's about Naoya preparing to this world famous art contest I can't remember the name, which his best friend Natsume Kei actually manages to win through sheer effort and passion rather than talent. Kei is basically more important and influential to Naoya than any of the main heroines.
There are flashbacks and time skips everywhere, and the story picks up with Naoya now an adult, and it ends kinda on a cliffhanger, but there's a sequel coming.
