Just a reminder that if you're over rank 50 and you solo queued you either did your placements and then stopped playing or you duo queued. If you solo queued and you still continue to play rank AND you're over level 50 you're a liar. Nothing you do in this "competitive" game matters 50% of the time. That means you go back and forth, back and forth between games until you finally give in and get a partner to help you out. This game is fucking stressful not because it's challenging it's because nobody seems to understand that facing 5 people by themselves as Junkrat isn't a good idea. When I was 65-72, I would always be matched up with familiar faces, all of us were good
When I went back down to 69, it was if it moved me down an MMR, and I was seeing worse players, but not too bad, but went on a massive loss streak because me ooga team booga
It was always giving me Hanamura or Anubis with teammates that refuse to group up, infuriating stuff

Once I hit 59, it COMPLETELY changed, like it was hilarious how bad it was. I've actually just gone back up to 60 by going 30-2 then 19-0 with Zarya, and I plan on just maining Zarya from now on until I get back up (if I get back up)
It was kinda enjoyable though, easy games in which teammates didn't let you down too much because you could completely carry them. In the 60-65 region, you couldn't carry as well because the other team were still a good side

The real issue with genji is that his only viable counter requires pure skill to 3 shot him as he flips around. Mei is trash and winston is borderline trash now that Zen is in every game.

I feel your pain but I placed around 47 and made it to 56 and dropped to 55. Its a bit of luck and playing the best you can possibly play all game. Even if your E/D is 1/1 if you took out problem targets and healed or blocked or whatever your class needs you to do you should rank up. However you need to streak so you just have to stay above water until you are lucky enough to get that streak. Its all that I did.

But calling people who play a team based shooter with friends cheats is just stupid as fuck.
