Played a few games today in casuals online trying to learn Alex and every game has been a terrible experience. Teleporting up the ass in every single game. And the worst part is every connection was 5 bars according to the game. What the hell is going on? It's not my connection since games like Rocket League and Overwatch have had no problems playing online. I've verified my files on Steam but have had no luck in any changes.

I got it. Buttons are a bit hollow, but otherwise they're fine. The D-Pad is OK, but the tightening gimmick isn't all that impressive, and rotating it wears it out a lot faster; the FC version takes all that stuff out, and it's better for it.

Juri's CA is the most uninspired shit I've saw in a video game in a long time.

+3 frame standing lp
+lp elbow is +2 on hit and -2 on block making it a safe move that puts you in a very good 50/50 situation when it hits with her command grab, normal grab and standing jab.
+even though the game has basically nonexistent oki she has some good setups after knockdown with her fireball, standing HK meaty and the constant threat of the command grab
+fantastic blockstrings that can make your opponent panic
+armored move with EX elbow after frame 3
+heavy potential to stun very fast
+best premium costume in the game

cons:
-alright anti airs, your best option being HP elbow which is hit or miss, can get abused by people crossing up her.
-stubby normals?
-bad MU vs chun li
I cant think of many cons from her besides bad defense barring her v-reversal which is up there with one of the best in the game giving knockdown on hit

No, there are two things you need to do to fix her.
First, make her charge a static thing, as in you just have to do a charge with the the LK version 3 times to get all three moves ready and then you can use them like a rekka.
The second change would be her reverse hadoken move, make the heavy version of that an overhead and make medium up also act like a pseudo anti air.
I think those alone could make her a much better character.
