They really need to make another tank though. Winston isn't really a tank. Road hog isn't really one either. Reinhardt is like the only one that can "PROTECT" team mates. Winston and road hog are like assassins. New DVA is okay at protecting but not as good as reinhardt.

Reinhardt is so important to like any push. Almost too important.

So what do we do to make hanzo a viable character?

I think his charge time needs to be reduced a lot since he does less damage than widowmaker and hers is faster I think.
They might also make him move faster while he's charging so he can be the mid range sniper he's meant to be without being such an easy target.

His radar arrow provides a lot of utility so if he could just compete with the kills i think he'd be really good.

dota 2's (and i've heard LoL's too, haven't played it) ranked works just fine giving everyone in same team equal amount of points for winning/losing

the point isn't that lucio needs to be nerfed, it's that people for some reason accept that there is going to be a clear best solo healer (lucio) or clear best debuffer/offhealer (zenyatta) or clear best payload tank (reinhardt) but get all up in arms about one character being the best midrange dpser (mccree)

frankly, if you want to "nerf" mccree, you should instead be buffing widow, considering she's one of the best ways to shut down mccree on payload maps and she fell off hard because of her nerfs last patch

Mercy's who don't rez 1 player per minute receive CXP for wins, and lose twice as much as normal for losses

Lucios who don't speed boost after ulting lose a whole level win or loss

The entire support class loses CXP at the end depending on how many deaths they have

Scoreboard showing who has gold medals and who doesn't

Votekick function, anyone votekicked loses three levels

Lowest damage per minute loses three times CXP for a loss, half CXP for a win

Level cap extended to 200

Players can be reported for troll picks

The more playtime relative to other characters you have on a character the less exponentially less CXP you get as you keep playing

One character is always going to be just slightly OP. That's the way blizzard balances games. Especially when you have a category as broad as "offense" or "defense." It's easy to design supports and tanks that have different and easily seen strengths and weaknesses. It's a little harder when you've got DD.

If a DD has to be slightly OP, and let's face it, McCree is going to be- shitters have whined and gotten him jerked around so much that he's going to be left alone, you shot your own selves in the foot- I'd rather it be a 200 HP offense with no mobility or heal, that actually has to aim to be ridiculous, that has their ult be the weakest part of their kit, than someone like Junkrat, Pharah, or Tracer. I can engage a McCree.

She is way too hard at your bracket to play sorry to say. Get good at d.va or soldier. A good d.va on offense can even beat a meme stomp comp like rein/bast/mercy and get on point in seconds with matrix. Soldier on defense can pick off most annoying targets and is really self sufficient.
