I've been training Hayato for the card and I'd probably pair it with Kinesis for the additional min crit. Cygnus is probably going to be the first link skill to go

I'd be done with zero already but getting one to 180 is daunting since i don't play that often and the class looks complicated for the sake of being complicated. It doesn't help that they keep systematically nerfing training spots between 120 and 180 instead of buffing shitty ones but that's a different mater altogether

It's alright, really. I HAVE the money, i'm just a cheap bastard and don't want to spend it/sell my maple points. I COULD trade/sell my ESP limiter, it's nearly perfectly scrolled (for what's available to me, anywho) and the potential isn't that bad either for someone looking to buy something pre-scrolled and work on it on their own. starring is a BILLIONS of meso investment, and I don't have the funds for that, unfortunately, as much as i've been working up to it for my kinesis, without a working pc I can't even really play him anymore, so bam is the next best option for me.

it's a thing that's not in GMS, much like additional options/item potential (the green stats, on the limiter the boss damage, regular damage and allstat%, plus the dex)

it was pretty much the only way to keep items that were MEEd not totally game-breakingly retarded, and keep the economy moving around things other than those MEEs, to my understanding. But i'm not certain, I was playing JMS during that whole period of time. Maybe someone else knows better.

i don't think black heaven is worth it without events, the only noteworthy reward iirc is the pulverizer mount and the ability to fight Lotus. You get a shitty chair, an expiring mount and some honor but it took me 5-6 hours to do the whole thing and it wasn't that fun, especially not the second time when i knew everything that was going to happen

Heroes is much shorter but I think FriendStory has the best rewards (inv slots)

Getting 25* is incredibly difficult, even on private servers. It costs ~250b, on average, to get 25* on an item in Ellinia. On KMS the rates are probably even lower, and mesos there would be much more expensive. By the time you progress to the point where 25*-ing any item is efficient, you'll already have enough range to hit cap.

The monster book still exists, but it's a seperately thing which is tied in with the crusader codex. This monster collection thing is something only recently introduced by KMS, you "collect" monsters, eg lyka, pink bean etc and if you finish a "line" of monsters you can explore with them. The exploring thing is just a kinda neat thing, you can get various rewards like rp and cog50s

I used default maple setup until the time Dual Blade came around and they had a lot of skills, so I decided to change things up. W for jump and ASDF attacks. F is usually a rush skill, a for bossing, d for mobbing, s for attack that I'd sometimes use. Buffs on Q/E, hyper buffs on T/Y, other things scattered around the other side of the keyboard like delete/insert.

You only have to complete one of those lines in the collection tab to send shit out from the exploration tab. You can get the rewards multiple times a day, but some of them take a long time.
The only problem is how fucking unrealistic it is to complete these sets. I've had multiple 999 combos on this one enemy and it still won't register.

Skip it. Don't try going for 100%, or any lines with elites for that matter. You
ll need to register Lotus or Mu Gong if you want 100%, so good luck with ever doing that.

Do the ephenia one, and the curse eyes one, then just register random ones til you have 150. Eventually you'll get lucky and register PB and CBP, HT and CHT, or Magnus, at which point you can make another 24 hour one with some grinding.
