Neither. Both of them are only good if you're already a fan of the series and starved for more Fire Emblem. Emulate "Fire Emblem", it's the 7th game but the first one that was localized in the West, hence the title being this. I think Blazing Sword is the translation of the original title but I always confuse it with the 6th (which would be Binding Blade?).
Or just play the 8th, Sacred Stones, it's also good as an entry point.
