I've been watching you since you started man. I'm always lurking here. As for the paper and pencil, that's all I use too. Afterwards I just take a photo of the paper like you have, and then I upload it to my PC and use photoshop to trace over it with a brush tool. It's a half-assed and ghetto tactic, but hey, it works.

What you do is once you open up the photograph in photoshop, create a new layer above the image and use the brush tool in that second layer. Zoom in the image so it's easier to follow the lines, and then trace over all the lines. Afterwards you can use the paint bucket tool to fill in every spot with color. It takes a long ass time, but hey, us who don't have drawing tablets can't do much more, right?

As for graphics tablets, they're not insanely expensive, you can get a decent one for around 100 bucks. Then again, it's a pretty big investment so I wouldn't recommend getting one unless you're really serious about drawing. It'd be a waste if you bought one but then only used it like once every four months.

It was lazy writing that was only covered up by excessive pandering. When you play it, it seems all well and good until you remember that Hanako isn't a social butterfly who could set up a study group, Lilly wasn't a voyeuristic alcoholic who spikes punch bowls , Rin wouldn't give a shit about Misha and Shizune, Misha was only attracted to Shizune, or Emi not actually being that sexually experimental. The original writer for Hanako was admittedly plagiarizing Higurashi so it was overly dark and forced tragedy.

Basically if you romanced Hanako you would only get a bad end where either she or Hisao died. After playing her route, you were supposed to romance Lilly and from there you would have the option to romance a stable Hanako. So you could imagine why the true route for Hanako would be excessively pandering to make up for the other endings.

I liked the prequels way more than Force Awakens, and I think that vigorously hating the prequels at this point is just a meme. Interesting to have some perspective on the opinions of it in the past compared to now. It's looking so bad it makes the old bad stuff look good. Sadly I've also seen some game sequels do this. I don't have a name for this phenomenon.

I think a lot of the value in the prequels comes from being able to create fantastical and interesting worlds, insane over-the-top scenarios, things on a grand scale, etc. In not just the prequels, but every Star Wars episode, something new was introduced that the world had never seen before. TFA just wasn't imaginative in my opinion. Again, this is just my humble opinion. Whenever I bring up the prequels to literally anyone else I know, internet or real life, I'm mercilessly egged on for not thinking TFA is the "holy grail" and "saviour: of Star Wars and for liking "the devil's incarnate, the Prequels."

It really, REALLY depends on what are you searching from the Alpha, and which route.
About Rin and Emi I didn't played them, but I heard Rin's character seems more "normal". Dunno about Emi or Emi's route.

I played Lilly, Hanako and Shizune.
Lilly = Route with a different (poorer, no real development, fairy-tale) plot, with no real choices and only the good end if I remember correctly. Basically play it if you wanna more Lilly.
Shizune = A good route, full of characters development, and a lot meaningful than final one. About the plot thing you already read in previous anon's spoilers, it's a forced drama, and obviously if you like Misha.. you won't appreciate it. I still believe that with less forced drama, it would have been a great route.

Hanako = If you try to pursue her, someone will die, no matter what. A lot of forced drama, so if you like Hanako, avoid completely taking that part of the Alpha.
After you reached at least an end from her "original" route (or maybe all of them, dunno 'cause I played all of them so I can't be sure), if you re-play Lilly's route you'll got a new choice at some point when you can shift of True Hanako's end.
I replayed it for Hanako's birthday earlier this month, so I remind it pretty well.
It's surely an unfinished, unpolished work (the last 2 scenes' developments really came out of nowhere), but if you wanna see more Hanako, and a really happy, strong one, it's a must-play. I'm still cursing the devs 'cause they cut some real awesome scenes (like the hill one)

I disagree personally. The hiking scene failed on a dramatic level because it wasn't foreshadowed at all, made no sense (Shy bookworm Hanako spends hours in the woods behind the school?), and was already done before in Rin's arc. The study session scenes were nice but as said before it took everyone being only reduced to memes for it to work. Not to mention the whole, was she abused by her step mother that was never brought up again. The climax of taking Hanako back to her old house was touching but her survivor's guilt was never an issue in this ending.

So, you should really try it.
As I just said, you have to reach at least 1 bad end before unlocking the true route, so play the original Hana route in skip mode 'til you get the credits, then go on Lilly's route to discover the True Hanako Route.

Sorry, I can't agree.
I liked it really a lot (surely, the walking time should have been a lot shorter) and it seemed pretty related to Hanako's character, with her starting to share her time and her feelings with Hisao.
Probably we have similar thoughts but starting by opposite point of views, to me Hanako's alpha true route was highly enjoyable 'til the last 2 scenes (the school party and the arrival at the old house). They aren't bad scenes themselves, but they sound really too disconnected from the earlier route. And seeing all the girls in the school party was awkward as fuck.

I don't have a problem so much with the exchange of feelings as much as the hiking being out of character for Hanako and it wasn't handled any better than how Rin's arc had done it. We may have had similar thoughts but I just felt that despite this being Hanako's good ending, there's no real character development. She just immediately changes from a shy loner girl to a borderline nympho attatched at Hisao's hip showering him and buying him condoms. It didn't really feel substantive until the end, even if it was done in a hamfisted way.

As I said before, just as you reached the Hanako's Act 2 you can put the game in skip mode, press ctrl 'til the credits without reading the bad end(s). So no real need to read them.

Hey KSG, What's your favourite ending of the game?

Responses welcome from all versions of the game, and don't be worried if your favourite ending doesn't match up to your waifu, or is a bad end of some kind you enjoy more for writing's sake, I just wanna hear the different likes out there.

Personally, my favourite ending is the Deep End, Kenji was my favourite character overall and considering the route was so short since it ends in Act 1, it never had any time to have a rough patch in the writing or create issues the likes of which crop up in the fuller routes of the game. Plus, for some sick reason, I actually enjoyed the ending and the way they used it to build on his character was interesting and still retained the same comedic value his appearances usually carried, despite the dark ending
