A couple of months ago I was laying on the ground with my arm down in my family's septic tank after it got clogged up trying to put our line pump into a pipe. Trouble was, the pipe was down inside the tank, which was full to the brim with raw sewage. So, I had to reach on down into it to try to find the pipe blindly. Always fun being shoulder deep in the collective waste of 5+ people, but got it done.

Yeah, and while I totally follow you on the Benevolent Dictatorship train which honestly surprises me because normally when I talk about this sort of thing people get mad at me because "political freedoms" and what not, the problem with leaving the world's decision making to a single person is just that, they're falling to a Person.

Rarely do you ever find anyone that believes in furthering the goals of the people as a whole, rather than just their own. People are greedy, they're selfish, and even if they mean well are capable of horrific things. And even if you do manage to find someone that could rally the world together under one banner and way of thinking, people also die, and the people under them will never follow their line of thinking to the same degree. Its usually why the great civilizations of days past crumbled, rule fell from a Great Leader, to someone that was just in it for the title.

So long as we are human, we'll never think on a global scale for all humanity. Which is why we should transcend it, but that's a whole other can of worms.
