Best carry junglers are easily Hec, Kha, Rengar, and Graves. Vi is up there too but you have to build full AD rather than your meme ass tank shit.

Maybe because the meta shifts and you can't carry as hard as sejuani or volibear compared to someone who 2 shots half the roster with half the gold?

You seem to have a knack for picking up kills, but you play champs that don't benefit too much from this. If you get early kills as khazix or rengar, you can sit in the jungle and camp the enemy jungler. You cant do that as sej or voli.

If you're going to stream, you're going to need at least an i7.

Get a 1060. It's not that expensive. Also, if you're only playing League and Overwatch, there's no reason for you to get something ridiculous like a 1070 because it would be massive overkill for those two games.

You could get a 960/970 for cheap online right now.

RAM is cheap so it's always good for you to get more than 8GB.

A decent build would have something with an i7 4700+, 16 GB RAM, 1060/970, an SSD (they really make a huge difference, trust me), and a good fan like the Cryorig H7.

The i7 is definitely going to make your streaming a lot easier, but again, it's up to you. The i5 6600 isn't very bad, though.
