Anyone here knows how to repack game files? More specifically, Discipline's .PAK files?

I've managed to extract them and access/edit the .HGO scripts without issue (using AE VN Tools, ADPACK32), but the repacking processes seems to corrupt them, seeing as the game will launch, but will be unable to access the assets contained inside the .PAK. I even tried to repack the files without committing any changes to them, just to see if I was messing something up with my edits, but turns out that simply repacking caused the same issue.

Other .PAK formats within AE VN Tools would cause the game to not even launch. So I'm assuming I'm ADPACK32 is the right way to go, and maybe I'm just missing something... I think...

I know this has been done before, as I found posts from hongfire detailing some of the process. Unfortunately, the links for all the tools listed there are long dead, which is not surprising considering they've been posted 8 years ago.
