Max number of souls is 12, which means you can have the 10% dmg buff (plus double traits) for a minute. There's also a couple of traits that add random damage to your shit (explosions when you kill stuff, chance for corruption to deal extra damage that heals you) but in general it is a tad too dull for me. The issue with Outlaw is it's RNG, if you get bad RNG, it's boring as shit. It gets all shiny and faster if you get good RNG but that's all the spec is.

Keeping 5 stacks of seals up on <3 enemies was fun. Executing stuff was fun. Not having this weird judgement debuff to activate your mastery and which makes target switches clunky and awkward was fun. Templar's Verdict weaving was fun. Seal weaving was fun. Stacking CDs and just unleashing hell with hammers of wrath was fun.

You're fucking retarded. TBC was the absolute height of WoW, specifically the Sunwell patch. Wrath of the Lich King a very close second. Everything that came after basically destroyed the experience of WoW in favor of casualizing it to the point where you just click a button to zone into a loot tunnel, kill all the shit in the way collect your purps and teleport back to the main city you never leave because there's no reason to.

Sacrificing the experience of exploring and living in an actual world in favor of convenience is the worst thing Blizzard ever did, and is exactly the reason sub numbers have dropped like a rock since WotLK. When you remove all the things that make it feel like a living world like needing to actually travel to the dungeon locations then all you can see is the grind. It's boring.

For clarification he did everyone an actual good service. He invited 30+ people to his garrison to test the silence system, he said something like "I love World of Warcraft!" and had everyone there report his message. He got AUTO silenced. No GM investigation so we know that was a lie by Blizzard. What happens is that the silence is automatic after a thresh hold and then you have to wait for a GM to investigate it or maybe contact support to see if they can check why.

So basically all the retards applauded an easily abused system under the pretenses of "Well if you have nothing to hide, you shouldnt worry!" when in reality a guild could easily rally their members (or a 40 man boxer) to silence people whenever they want for teh epic trollz or whatever. arms warrior doesnt even need to look at any procs other than whether or not CS has reset. Hit MS every fourth gcd, if you get a CS proc or it comes off cooldown use it, then MS. otherwise, slam spam. that's it
frostmage has to mind 3 different charges, two procs, coordinate a pet, combine specific cooldowns for efficiency, mind 3 dps cooldowns and plan their movement for 10 seconds of frostray
i'd be mad as fuck if i played a frostmage, worked my ass off and still ended up lower in dps than a guy who has to hit three buttons, stick to the boss and spam his cooldown macro
