Open up explorer and just search for python and you will find the folder.

Go in the folder.

Now find the folder you unzipped earlier. I put mine on my desktop. Inside that folder is a file called requirments. Drag that over to the pythons script folder.

I have a Mud Shot Golem that isn't amazing by any means, only 969 CP as a level 21 trainer, but my area's biome is almost entirely grass/water/electric/fire with literally no ground/rock in sight and I happened to run into him on vacation, plus I have some free Geodude candy to work with.
