Guys there might be a really obvious answer to this and I might be retarded, but what's a reliable way to add someone from the server to my friends? The "View Players" window from the steam overlay is pretty much always missing people. I tried just sending people trade requests just so I can add them but half the time they refuse and the other half the trading server shits the bed.

Good to know Valve is retarded enough to add "Casual Matchmaking" and still not do a single thing even resembling skill matching

Getting paired with retarded Engineers who drop awful mini sentry nests on the first point or braindead players who don't understand the concept of an uber, versus an obviously semi-competent team with a dedicated heavy/medic team, a roaming flank and a spy who picks the other team's medic (aka me because obviously pubbies would never pick it) is an instant quit case for me

Maybe there's still a bit of value if I ignore the big "Get Fucked Now" button and go seek the server browser that is buried deeper and deeper into menus every update, but this is starting to get old fast

Also, good to know that 25 second respawn times are now the norm, and that teams aren't scrambled but you have to suffer through an obvious stomp twice before getting thrown out of your game and forced to search for another one
