I've actually mostly played complete rounds of payload. I do agree that Valve should rework that, though. Also, yes A/D CP works the same way. If Blu captures X points in Y amount of time, Red has to do it faster in order to win when the teams switch. Things like PLR and 5CP and CTF are best of 3, though, I dunno why the inconsistency.

Comp is shit, it's always someone leaving midgame and making the rest leave because 0 xp loss.

Casual is shit because not only you cant choose your map anymore or have to wait 5 minutes or more, but also if you join midmatch you get 0 points, so yoi cant even help the team you're on

Balance changes were utter shit. Few of them and they were all pulled out of there asses like the quickie bomb launcher change or worthless like the crit a cola and shortstop changes.

It's all a big fat mess.

Doesn't seem to be the case, Marketplace.tf is in the most broad terms a trading website, in which you trade your currency item at a guaranteed rate with another item. No part of that has to do with gambling, there is no chance involved, so the steam API calls it makes aren't specifically against this portion of the user agreement.

AFAIK the calls marketplace uses, scrap.tf uses, tf2outpost uses, and backpack.tf use all are intended consequences of allowing API calls to the steam database.

That said I'm not affiliated with Valve in any way, I'm not a lawyer, and I haven't studied the user agreement so strenuously that I can say definitively that those websites aren't breaking the agreement.
